GoogleMargaret Chilton-Jones We, my late husband and I, bought our house in Rhos on Sea in 2009 and had excellent Service then from Beresford Adams.. When my late husband died in 2016 I continued to live there happily until my body was disintegrating after nursing him I had to move into Sheltered Care Home in 2023. I'm telling you this as very relevant to the wonderful and exceptional care, help and concern given to me by Zoe and Carys throughout the whole selling period, as I needed extra help as not able to be there for long periods in an empty house with only my walker chair and unable to take readings, stretch up or lift or sit alone for hours alone. They're incredible help was life-saving as none of my large family live anyway near. Thank you with all my heart to Zoe & Carys. You have been exceptional.

Rented from this company, they were polite when taking deposits off me , however when I handed back the property, which was out of contract, they made me pay another months rent ?? (Notice) But I had already agreed with landlord ?Company were very slow in returning my deposits .. and ignored my e mails. I always paid my rent early and never had any issues. I certainly would not use a company with such ignorant staff again.Maybe just one office .. but never again

GoogleRenting my 2nd property through Colwyn Bay Beresford Adams has been easy and stress free. Staff have been kind and accommodating in person and on the phone/email. Jamie Moorhouse has handled my move amazingly and I appreciate how efficiently he has handled everything for me. If I need to rent again I know which estate agents to use.

GoogleBeresford Adams letting team was very helpful with both myself and mum when we were trying to find and rent a flat for mum. Jamie, who guided us through every step of the process, ensured that mum was able to move into the flat of choice with a very quick turnaround leaving mum very happy and now settled into her new home.

GoogleNightmare agents. Constantly chased to get repairs done and too many staff not updating info. Dealing with local branches and countrywide wasn't easy as they didn't communicate and it was a case of left not knowing what right was doing . Took over a month to receive our deposit back too. Our complaint fell on deaf ears. Wouldn't want to deal with them again

We had an appointment booked with Llandudno branch today and an hour before they call to say is there any point in attending. It had been on the market 2 years ago but I explained we’d had new floors and wardrobes. The manager said it would help her agents time if she didn’t have to attend. I was flabbergasted. She told me I was rude and shouting but I didn’t raise my voice at all. The woman was rude patronising and couldn’t be bothered coming out. Outrageous! I’m not received this company is poorly reviewed.
