Buying a house it’s was the greatest pleasure dealing with Zoe and Cary’s they were so understanding and dealt with everything they possibly could speaking with our solicitor secretary on our behalf etc . Jamie Moorhouse has handled my move amazingly and I appreciate how efficiently he has handled everything for me. If I need to rent again I know which estate agents to use.

GoogleBeresford Adams letting team was very helpful with both myself and mum when we were trying to find and rent a flat for mum. Jamie, who guided us through every step of the process, ensured that mum was able to move into the flat of choice with a very quick turnaround leaving mum very happy and now settled into her new home.

GoogleNightmare agents. Constantly chased to get repairs done and too many staff not updating info. Dealing with local branches and countrywide wasn't easy as they didn't communicate and it was a case of left not knowing what right was doing . Took over a month to receive our deposit back too. Our complaint fell on deaf ears. Wouldn't want to deal with them again

My last correspondence with this so called agency, as respond for the appeal: Thank you for investigating my appeal. I appreciate your efforts. However, I must clarify two points. First, the brochure was from Beresford Adams, received at their Llandudno office. Second, the facts in your investigation seem skewed in favor of the agency. This issue should be addressed by the relevant authorities. Additionally, your explanation contains logical inconsistencies. You state that the property was not shown by Beresford Adams, yet the seller instructed me to contact your agency regarding the sale. This raises questions about the transparency and integrity of the transaction. I believe this situation is a professional scam benefiting unscrupulous individuals within the agency. I will escalate this issue to the highest levels, including regulatory bodies and consumer protection agencies, to ensure this "white-collar" scam is thoroughly investigated and appropriate actions are taken. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the entire process. The time, effort, and trust I invested in expecting a professional service have been utterly wasted. The emotional and practical toll this ordeal has taken on me is significant and deeply regrettable. Consequently, I will leave the lowest possible ratings for the agency and highlight the lack of transparency in high-value transactions at every opportunity. I am committed to preventing such unethical practices in our region and hope no other customers will experience a similar situation. I will escalate my appeal against your decision and will not rest until this matter is resolved fairly and justly.

They've quickly and consistently sourced good tenants, provide sound advice when needed, and keep me constantly updated. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent or as a landlord.

We had an appointment booked with Llandudno branch today and an hour before they call to say is there any point in attending. It had been on the market 2 years ago but I explained we’d had new floors and wardrobes. The manager said it would help her agents time if she didn’t have to attend. I was flabbergasted. She told me I was rude and shouting but I didn’t raise my voice at all. The woman was rude patronising and couldn’t be bothered coming out. Outrageous! I’m not received this company is poorly reviewed.

Council Tax Band is "TBC" What is the point of Rightmove having a slot for the Council Tax if Beresford Adams are incapable of detailing it? This isn't on one or two properties that might be up for review, it's them all!

GoogleThese guys really do a great job and a great service, sale was slow but due to solicitors taking there time with queries but we eventually got there after the agents gave them a good push, very happy, highly recommend if you are to buy or sell, even rent in Colwyn bay and surrounding areas. GoogleWe have used Beresford Adams Colwyn Bay branch for 2 1/2 years as our letting agents. Unfortunately we would not recommend their service. It fell short of our expectations on numerous occasions and the communication was very poor. We have used another letting agent out of area for the same length of time and therefore have a point of comparison.

Awful. I have been in the rental market for a good while but haven't come across a letting agent quite as unprofessional as this company. I have been without hot water for nearly 7 weeks at the time of writing this and they don't seem to care at all. As well as this it was lucky I found a note from the previous tenant explaining where the water valves and fuses were etc because the letting agent didn't have a clue. Very, very disappointed.

TrustpilotWhen viewing a cottage the agent told…
When viewing a cottage the agent told us that the log burner was working! and that there was a parking space for one vehicle at the rear of the cottage. We went ahead and purchased the house. I went to pick up the keys from the Colwyn Bay office as agreed to be told the house was still occupied,and I’d have to go back the next day, I found the agent very abrupt and rather rude! When we finally got into the house the vendors had left a huge wardrobe in a bedroom, the log burner was in disrepair and obviously not been used for years! The car space at the rear of the house was only suitable for a very small vehicle. I contacted the office regarding the wardrobe the vendor had kindly left us with, the advisor wasn’t interest at all.. told me to take the matter up with a solicitor, although I hadn’t signed any agreements to have the wardrobe. I feel that Beresford Adams are only look after the vendors interests and needs,the customers service is extremely poor I won’t be recommending this estate agent and I wouldn’t view/sell a house through them again.
