We had a fantastic experience selling our house with Beresford Adams. Carlie was our key contact, and she was outstanding! She was incredibly positive, efficient, and professional from start to finish. Carlie’s communication and people skills are excellent, and she handled some tricky moments, including delays and issues raised during the survey, with calmness and good humour. Whenever something needed sorting, she always helped to move things forward, particularly when the process became difficult or stressful. She was always cheerful, responsive and reassuring, and her professionalism, combined with a genuinely warm personality, made what can be a stressful process much easier. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Beresford Adams to anyone looking to sell their home.

Beresford Adams Sales and Letting company sold my Bungalow in Deganwy earlier this year. They were extremely professional and enthusiastic in putting the property up for sale - ensured that all of the photographs were of a high quality and kept me up to date at all times following both viewings and offers made. Geraldine and Dan were always courteous and reliable and made the process much less stressful than it could have been and I would highly recommend them as an Estate agent to choose if you are also selling a property. This is the first time I've applied for renting a house, and I genuinely had no idea where to begin. The day Ffion first contacted me to the day she handed us the keys, she was there for us every single step of the way. Upon my first enquiry to Beresford Adams to attend a viewing for a rental property I was pleasantly surprised by the informative details given about the property by Ffion her attention to detail at enquiry stage was fantastic. We visited various viewings with Ffion and every time we met she was friendly and professional. Shocking company with no idea about the basics of customer service. They forgot about appointments, never called us back. We had to chase everything to be organised which made the final details before the move very last minute and very stressful. It was almost impossible to give them money! Today was the final straw when I was told we were lying about a piece of furniture they said they would have removed. Such a random incredibly weird thing to do and say. It is very difficult to deal with people who are terrible at their job, are rude, inefficient and liars. Being an estate agents is hardly rocket science so to get it this wrong really takes some work! If I was the landlord, I would be horrified at the way they deal with their tenants.

Moving countries can be hard and moving countries and finding your first home can be even more harder! Me and my wife faced it very recently and I have to say we did panick! But that's when Ffion from Beresford Adams came to the rescue, We found a lovely two bedroom with the help of Ffion and we couldn't be more happier! Ffion was very helpful with the move and was great with answering all our questions as it was our first time move into a flat, kept us updated on everything that was happening. She made the move for us with the least stress as possible as she new we had a two year old at home and another baby coming in December. She made sure our family had somewhere to call home. Our situation living overseas was a difficult one for Beresford but, Co-ordination and responses with regards to all matters were always swift and they didn't leave us wondering what was going on. Tracy and her team worked tirelessly to ensure our property was let out within the tight 6 week timeline that I set her. The landlords find tenants privately and rent through the agency, so unless you have connections in the agency there is no point of applying. The communication is absolutely non existent, every property I’ve applied to, I’ve been put on a ‘list’ to view the property 2 weeks later I’ve given them a call just to hear that the property has been let to other people, even though I was not informed that I wasn’t the only one on the list. I was actually told I was the first person on the list. When I confronted the lady on the phone about their communication she was absolutely disgusting and didn’t even apologise but gave me attitude about me not being the only one on the list. Never again!!!
