Vanessa and Stacey worked hard on our behalf in a very professional manner to a successful outcome. Seeing how they were when we bought a house gave us confidence to use them to sell our house. GoogleWe have used Beresford Admas in LLandudno to manage the rental of our property for a few years. Ffion efficiently managed the process when tenants vacated the property and new tenants wanted to move in soon after. We live overseas so the communication can be delayed due to the time difference, however this was not an issue as Fion planned accordingly. Thank you Ffion!

We spoke to the Bangor lettings team about renting out our property to tenants. I was so impressed when they visited I signed up straight away, and they listed it very quickly. Before I knew it there were 4 viewings booked, and a choice of two great tenants. Inventory was great and they whole setup very straightforward. I really feel like these are the right agents for being fair to both landlords and tenants. Matthew, Lauren and Helen were absolutely fantastic, and always happy to help. Very friendly and professional service from start to finish, and it was a real pleasure dealing with them. As I expand my property portfolio over the coming years Beresford Adams will definitely be my agents of choice.

We received a fantastic service from Beresford Adams when buying our house. Aimee O'Neill (Beresford Adams Chester) was amazing. She was very knowledgeable, extremely efficient and it was very reassuring to have her there when we purchased our first home, as it was all very new to us! She promptly followed up our queries, found us fantastic mortgage and insurance offers and was a constant source of support and information throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much for her and no question was a silly one! Thank you Aimee. I would highly recommend Beresford Adams when buying or selling a house.

Phoned for an appointment for appraisal and valuation from Colwyn Bay Office, l gave them a time and date, then confirmed with call from my partner and they confirmed the appointment as well A Bloody NO SHOW from Beresford Adams !!! Waste of our time !! A courtesy call to confirm from Beresford Adams Colwyn Bay It would have been polite as part of there customer service to check appointment or say they where not coming . We both had to finish work early to be at the appointment on time and waited !!! We phoned office to ask why NO SHOW at 4-55pm no answer ? when you close at 5pm Will Never recommend or use Beresford Adam again A Bit moor customer courtesy would not go a miss Update NO APOLOGIES!!
