GoogleI can't thank Geraldine, Ashley and William enough for all the work they put in to sell our house. Right from the beginning, they were friendly, helpful and unbelievably proactive - all of them. My husband and I cannot praise you all enough for what you've done for us. We are so glad we chose yourselves to sell our property. Our initial house sale unfortunately fell through after 7 months but the team at Beresford Adams quickly got it back on the market and re-sold within a few days and always had things in hand. TrustpilotTerrible service - avoid at all costs.
Shocking company with no idea about the basics of customer service. They forgot about appointments, never called us back. We had to chase everything to be organised which made the final details before the move very last minute and very stressful. It was almost impossible to give them money! Today was the final straw when I was told we were lying about a piece of furniture they said they would have removed. Such a random incredibly weird thing to do and say. It is very difficult to deal with people who are terrible at their job, are rude, inefficient and liars. Being an estate agents is hardly rocket science so to get it this wrong really takes some work! If I was the landlord, I would be horrified at the way they deal with their tenants.

GoogleAs a landlord in Llandudno, I have used BeresfordAdams for over 20 years. They are brilliant. I have used other local agents in the past, but now solely use BeresfordAdams as my go to agent. Coreen the manager goes above the call of duty in finding the right tenants, and is always willing to offer follow-up services and advice when I need it.
