Council Tax Band is "TBC" What is the point of Rightmove having a slot for the Council Tax if Beresford Adams are incapable of detailing it? This isn't on one or two properties that might be up for review, it's them all!

Rented a property in Craig y don for over a year and from day one we had complaints with regards to the flat being draughty fire alarm not working had to live with no hot water for the first five weeks and so much more. Had two inspections where the lady was disgusted with the conditions we had to live in but still nothing was done! And today the cheeky gits have just told us that £160 of our deposit is being held back for cleaning!! It only has 3 rooms!! I would highly recommend sending the staff on a people skills course as the Rottweiler that was dealing with property management was awful! Geraldine Russell, Branch Manager has gone ‘above and beyond’ with her professional help, guidance and fast responses, and always with a cheery and friendly manner. Both Ashley McKinstry and William Pattinson, who have both been attendant at our various viewings, and have always been at the end of the phone answering my many, many queries, and again, with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Debra Mason has managed my rental property for the last few years. She has been excellent with her comunication and keeping me up to date with issues that may have come up from time to time. As I travel between the UK and Ireland I am not always able to tend to items related the maintenance of the property myself and Debra has always gone above and beyond her duties to help sort out any problems that may have arisen with tenants and/or property maintenance.

She and they have helped at every stage of my dealings with the company and have bent over backwards to help me out with some particularly difficult issues that have arisen at my property. Never answer their phone. I've tried calling them to tell them about an empty property they have on the market where someone has left a window wide open, but it just rings out and then tells me that their opening hours are from 9.30 am. It's well after that time now. 2 problems then: not securing their properties properly, and being unavailable to contact

Awful. Avoid.

Awful. I have been in the rental market for a good while but haven't come across a letting agent quite as unprofessional as this company. I have been without hot water for nearly 7 weeks at the time of writing this and they don't seem to care at all. As well as this it was lucky I found a note from the previous tenant explaining where the water valves and fuses were etc because the letting agent didn't have a clue. Very, very disappointed.

When viewing a cottage the agent told…

When viewing a cottage the agent told us that the log burner was working! and that there was a parking space for one vehicle at the rear of the cottage. We went ahead and purchased the house. I went to pick up the keys from the Colwyn Bay office as agreed to be told the house was still occupied,and I’d have to go back the next day, I found the agent very abrupt and rather rude! When we finally got into the house the vendors had left a huge wardrobe in a bedroom, the log burner was in disrepair and obviously not been used for years! The car space at the rear of the house was only suitable for a very small vehicle. I contacted the office regarding the wardrobe the vendor had kindly left us with, the advisor wasn’t interest at all.. told me to take the matter up with a solicitor, although I hadn’t signed any agreements to have the wardrobe. I feel that Beresford Adams are only look after the vendors interests and needs,the customers service is extremely poor I won’t be recommending this estate agent and I wouldn’t view/sell a house through them again.

shame I can't leave one star

shame I can't leave one star. rented a property from them Anglesey Branch, property management team are rude and hopeless, roof has leaked since October last year and I mean properly leaked, place is damp and rotten throughout. extensive damp and mould issues, we have been ignored and left to suffer. moving out soon thank god. Landlord who lives out the country is besides himself with how bad the property has been allowed to become under beresfords care, it needs thousands to be repaired. we've lost huge amounts of personal belongings from the leak and damp. grateful to be leaving, but leaving out of pocket and without a lot of personal items due to them being damaged.

Poor communication with landlords. Don't answer questions. Seem more interested in letting the property out to anyone at any price rather than what is best for the landlord. As a landlord, I expect you to look after me, after all that is what you take your fees for.
