Our initial viewing with Alex was brilliant. He was very down to earth and a pleasure to deal with.

Our house sold quickly with them and they were on hand to answer any questions and move everything along quickly. Every time we called the office the phone would be answered and we were always called back quickly with updates on any questions. The initial pricing was honest and a real reflection of the property value, pictures of our home were brilliant, the sale process was proactive and the whole team was a pleasure to communicate with.

GoogleMy family and I viewed a house in street we were interested in. I had an offer accepted. Which was great. Until two days later I was told I was gazumped! Not much of an explanation. The house had been on the market for months. Which I believe was a conflict of interest with one investor of the property. Anyway.. I was mainly a cash buyer, but also in the process of buying some land so acquired a mortgage offer to ensure that this purchase was straightforward. They tried to push for their own mortgage people, which I wasn't really interested in. Which I this think was the defining factor! Suddenly a house that noone was interested in... is in a bidding war. Shame on you Beresford Adams.
