We had a fantastic experience with Sam and Emily at the Prestatyn office. We were quite nervous about the whole letting process and what to expect, we were relocating back to the UK from Portugal and needed to find a home for ourselves and our 3 rescue cats. It felt like a mountain to climb. Sam and Emily were brilliant throughout the process, calmly getting us sorted, patiently responding to our often very lengthy emails from Portugal, always very quick to get back to us, and just lovely cheerful people to deal with. Thank you so much. We now have a beautiful home that we are setting into and our cats are equally delighted!

I have rented through Beresford Adams in Prestatyn for 13 years and the support throughout that time has been outstanding. Sam from the Prestatyn branch consistently goes above and beyond. She listens, she understands what you need, and she truly delivers. She has recently supported us in finding a new home, and we are so excited to move in. Sam is absolutely incredible at her role and her dedication really shows. Alun from the property management team is also excellent. Nothing is ever too much trouble and although I don’t ask for help often, when I do everything is handled swiftly and efficiently. I would highly recommend Beresford Adams to anyone looking to rent. Their service, professionalism, and genuine care for tenants is why I would never go anywhere else.

They say a house move is one of the most stressful things you can do in life and it’s 100% true!! Although it would have been far more stressful without the help of the staff at Beresford Adams in Prestatyn. Jayne, Kayleigh, Nikita and the team were so helpful, patient and experienced in dealing with all the bumps that came along in the road. I am picking the keys up to my new rental property in a couple of weeks' time and I cannot thank Beresford Adams enough for all their help in finding me a property during these difficult times. They phoned me every time something came up, arranged viewings for me and kept me updated throughout. In particular I would like to thank Lisa Hayne who is the letting agent for my new property. She has gone out of her way for me and really cares about finding a property for you. Thanks also to Sam Galvin who contacted me with potential properties and sent me their details and photos. We have just bought our forever home and have no doubt that without the help and support of the staff at Beresford Adams and our wonderful mortgage advisor (countrywide mortgage advisor ) Nikita Salisbury this may not have happened. Nikita, Kayleigh and Katie worked tirelessly chasing the chain and pushing for things to move with speed. Nothing was too much they went above and beyond. Nikita’s professionalism, clear communication and sheer determination was second to none - she found us the best mortgage options and gave us alternatives to consider - everything was easy to understand and the process was made a million times better by having her in our corner. She’s stuck with us as long as she’s in the job, as we wouldn’t trust anyone else the way we do her. The girls were up against it with pressures from a complex chain and had to juggle many a challenge to get this over the line. I am beyond grateful for the help, support and care they have shown.
