We took a property from this agency, Beresford Adams, in May. It was poor to start with. We have consistently tried to get works done, without much luck. Its been a nightmare, we have been called "full of ****" on their systems by the property manager as well as defamed to the landlord. I would avoid. My experience has been shocking.

Jamie Moorhouse was outstanding and we certainly are coming back to Beresford Adams with the second rental that will require a new tenant later in the year if Jamie is to be our point of contact. Jamie is a real people person and did not just show people around we were able to ascertain more about the people he took around to enable us to make a decision. In a world where there can be bad tenants (touching wood as I say it now), we have found Beresford Adam great in finding us good tenants. Though Jamie Moorhouse who was involved in finding this year's tenant was brilliant and we look forward to working with him and the rest of the team again as they were great too, you have a brilliant team---do not change them and look after them as they are a credit to Beresford Adams.

We rented privately In the end but Kaya has been extremely helpful with properties, getting in contact with me to arrange a viewing within half an hour of me showing interest in a property. Calling me with any price decreases in rent prices and any new properties in my price range as she knew how desperate we were to move. Jamie showed us around a few properties and he was amazing with us. He was very confident with his knowledge about each house and the surrounding area. Answered any questions we had and we had a laugh every time. Lovely lad.
