After an awful experience renting privately left my son hospitalised, I was incredibly happy with the personable manner in which I was dealt with. GooglePoor experience from the viewing we had. Agent was late and had nothing to say and were disinterested about the property when they did arrive. Lies made about higher offers too. Edit: Yes this is the Prestatyn office that I dealt with.

GoogleI would highly recommend Beresford Adams’s Prestatyn, having been a colleague for a number of years and also starting off as a tenant in a managed property of there’s there was nothing that seemed to of ever of been a problem. If you wanted to be with an agent who is up to date with all the latest legal legislations and top quality of work then Beresford’s Adams should be your first option.

GoogleAysha has been so helpful in finding the right investment property for me, I live far away and she has tried her best to accommodate me with viewings etc to my time schedule. She has also been great with putting offers forward to sellers to try and speed up the process for me and general communication. I'd recommend using Aysha to anybody looking to purchase property in the area.

GoogleOver the last few months I have purchased a property from Beresford Adams and had the letting team put it on the rental market for us. Working with Aysha on the purchase of the property, was swift and easy, without any hiccup. Then the lettings team, did all the work, finding a tenant for us almost immediately, completing the vetting process, and creating the legal contract. Lisa, was very efficient, and kept us well informed during the process. A big thanks to all the team, and will definitely be using the service again in the future.

GoogleWe desperately needed to move closer to where wifey works and Beresford Adams did the magic. I felt their passion to genuinely provide solution all the way. It started from my first conversation with Samantha, to viewing time with Lisa and phone conversation with other staff of Beresford Adams. This move will practically save us 2 hours travel time daily. House size is right and location is perfect !!! Thank you to the great team of Beresford Adams Prestatyn.
