After an absolute nightmare with another estate agents that shall not be named, I turned to Beresford Adams, who several times offered me the opportunity to market my house with them. I realised this was the kind of determination I needed to get my property rented out and sure enough, within 48 hours, I had viewings arranged and some tenants lined up. Although this is my first time as a landlord, I feel like this is how things should be done. One of the things I appreciated the most was the team's professionalism, their knowledge of the local area and the fact they kept me up to date throughout the whole process, without me once having to chase them up. They are really friendly, approachable, efficient and can't do enough to help. As a new landlord, they were able to answer all of my many questions without delay. With my first tenancy about to start, I can't speak for the fully managed service I am about to embark on, but given my experience with Beresford Adams so far, I'm very impressed. The girls at Beresford Adams in Prestatyn definitely deserve more than 5 stars! They have been brilliant from the start! We have been looking to move for 18 months and where becoming more and more worried and had had absolutely dreadful experiences with most other agents. After let down after let down we gave up hope and began looking further affield and eventually found ourselves looking miles from home which meant reluctantly moving our daughters school and our very close family. This whole process nearly made me very ill until one came up in our ideal location in our home of Prestatyn we then gave it one last shot. They helped so much and so quickly from the first viewing right through to the end of our referencing process and easing my worries about most parts of it which they didn't have to do! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them, we then finally where given the much wanted call of 18 months that we'd got it! Thanks to them we can stay in our much loved town, my daughter can stay in her lovely school and most of all we can stay amongst our loved ones! We just can't wait to move in!
