I can honestly say I have never met a lettings team like the team at Beresford Adams, Prestatyn. They have guided us through an application process that hasn't been as smooth as we thought but the support they have provided has been amazing. Where the vetting process can sometimes be lengthy this team have patience with customers, a good sense of humour and an understanding that applicants are service users as well as the homeowners and they will treat you with respect from start to finish. Well done to Jess, Hannah, Sam and the lovely lady who guided us around our future home! Keep up that team work, you are all fab!

Giving one star very reluctantly...we have had the most dreadful experience using this company! We are pensioners with very little savings (just enough for funeral costs) We had to sell our house because we couldn't meet the final Mortgage payment, we had only ever been able to afford to pay the interest on the mortgage due to personal reasons. When we were first told that a buyer was interested in our property, we were told " they were cash buyers,ready to move in straight away "...that was all a massive lie! and carried on like that for months on end resulting in us loosing thousands of pounds,and it affected my husband and my health badly.I could go on but it is too upsetting to even be reminded of this!
