Lovely team, respectful and responsive. But I still lament the fact that a house I had an offer accepted & nearly purchased was last minute flagged up as a grade 2 listed building near to completion by my solicitor… which had no CADW approval for the major renovations. Surprise and shock for someone none the wiser. The listed status should have been on the initial adverts from Beresford but it wasn't. It cost me nearly £700 for the survey alone plus solicitors fees to showcase the issue. Resulted in a very expensive + time wasting situation on my part, which was horrendous. Blame afterwards was placed by Beresford to the owner for not advising them ahead. Just my experience to share, as it could have been an even more expensive and a legal mess had my solicitor not caught it. Painful, expensive and should have been flagged up…

Thank you to Mike and Lliwen who were both extremely supportive, professional and helpful during the purchase of our property in Benllech. Mike's knowledge of the local area was invaluable when were making our decision and he gave us lots of really useful advice. He was very accommodating allowing us to collect the keys one evening. Would definitely recommend the team in Menai Bridge, Cerian and Matt.

Thanks to Carol for all of her hard work. Carol was the perfect go between agent when selling our house in Amlwch. Our Solicitors were actually holding our sale up, in ways I can't explain. However through Her help and perseverance, excellent customer care skills our sale progressed. We can't thank her enough. We'll done Carol you deserve a rise in salary!!
