Ive had nothing but positivity and support from the team in North Wales, particularly Lisa and Sam who go beyond expectations to support your process in finding a property. My search is still ongoing and I have been in contact with other local estate agents who do not seem to put this much effort in. Thank you all for supporting this tough process

The landlords find tenants privately and rent through the agency, so unless you have connections in the agency there is no point of applying. The communication is absolutely non existent, every property I’ve applied to, I’ve been put on a ‘list’ to view the property 2 weeks later I’ve given them a call just to hear that the property has been let to other people, even though I was not informed that I wasn’t the only one on the list. I was actually told I was the first person on the list. When I confronted the lady on the phone about their communication she was absolutely disgusting and didn’t even apologise but gave me attitude about me not being the only one on the list. Never again!!!

Shocking company with no idea about the basics of customer service. They forgot about appointments, never called us back. We had to chase everything to be organised which made the final details before the move very last minute and very stressful. It was almost impossible to give them money! Today was the final straw when I was told we were lying about a piece of furniture they said they would have removed. Such a random incredibly weird thing to do and say. It is very difficult to deal with people who are terrible at their job, are rude, inefficient and liars. Being an estate agents is hardly rocket science so to get it this wrong really takes some work! If I was the landlord, I would be horrified at the way they deal with their tenants.

Vanessa and Stacey worked hard on our behalf in a very professional manner to a successful outcome. Seeing how they were when we bought a house gave us confidence to use them to sell our house. Beresford Adams (Holyhead branch) marketed and attempted to sell me an unmortgageable property; and then left me high & dry with countless survey and legal fees to pay. The property had no leases, and was only ever a cash only purchase, that failed to be declared by the agent over an 11 month period of my attempting to purchase. No help. No support in the end, simply "we can't help you anymore; I think you are stuck really". A year, and a ton of money, into the £1000s wasted ! Wholly Unprofessional ! Worst Estate Agent ever !

If I could put a 0 star I would! DO NOT rent from this company, I rented a house for 6 months, I changed the flooring from old grubby carpet to brand new herringbone flooring, I also changed the old grubby grey carpet to brand new cream carpet. When I entered the properly it was full of ants which is why I took the flooring up, I rented this properly for 6 moths, the day I gave my notice in I asked Jamie if he would like me to change the flooring back to how it organially was, he told me that it should be fine. 3 days before I vacated I had a email to say the landlord wanted it back to normal, on a Friday evening! This left me no time to rectify the situation, I vacated the properly and had emails from Ellie telling me that the property was in perfect shape! I then a few weeks later recieved a claim against me saying that I owed £1700 in damages! They have refused to admit that they told me it would be ok, and refused to admit any responsibility on their behalf! It is an unprofessional untrustworthy company, they do nothing to help tenants, and they just want your money! The communication between the staff is shocking! Do not trust them, do not rent from them! Unless you want to be stung and treated like an idiot.

Rented from this company, they were polite when taking deposits off me , however when I handed back the property, which was out of contract, they made me pay another months rent ?? (Notice) But I had already agreed with landlord ?Company were very slow in returning my deposits .. and ignored my e mails. I always paid my rent early and never had any issues. I certainly would not use a company with such ignorant staff again.Maybe just one office .. but never again

My last correspondence with this so called agency, as respond for the appeal: Thank you for investigating my appeal. I appreciate your efforts. However, I must clarify two points. First, the brochure was from Beresford Adams, received at their Llandudno office. Second, the facts in your investigation seem skewed in favor of the agency. This issue should be addressed by the relevant authorities. Additionally, your explanation contains logical inconsistencies. You state that the property was not shown by Beresford Adams, yet the seller instructed me to contact your agency regarding the sale. This raises questions about the transparency and integrity of the transaction. I believe this situation is a professional scam benefiting unscrupulous individuals within the agency. I will escalate this issue to the highest levels, including regulatory bodies and consumer protection agencies, to ensure this "white-collar" scam is thoroughly investigated and appropriate actions are taken. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the entire process. The time, effort, and trust I invested in expecting a professional service have been utterly wasted. The emotional and practical toll this ordeal has taken on me is significant and deeply regrettable. Consequently, I will leave the lowest possible ratings for the agency and highlight the lack of transparency in high-value transactions at every opportunity. I am committed to preventing such unethical practices in our region and hope no other customers will experience a similar situation. I will escalate my appeal against your decision and will not rest until this matter is resolved fairly and justly.

We had an appointment booked with Llandudno branch today and an hour before they call to say is there any point in attending. It had been on the market 2 years ago but I explained we’d had new floors and wardrobes. The manager said it would help her agents time if she didn’t have to attend. I was flabbergasted. She told me I was rude and shouting but I didn’t raise my voice at all. The woman was rude patronising and couldn’t be bothered coming out. Outrageous! I’m not received this company is poorly reviewed.

Awful. I have been in the rental market for a good while but haven't come across a letting agent quite as unprofessional as this company. I have been without hot water for nearly 7 weeks at the time of writing this and they don't seem to care at all. As well as this it was lucky I found a note from the previous tenant explaining where the water valves and fuses were etc because the letting agent didn't have a clue. Very, very disappointed.

shame I can't leave one star. rented a property from them Anglesey Branch, property management team are rude and hopeless, roof has leaked since October last year and I mean properly leaked, place is damp and rotten throughout. extensive damp and mould issues, we have been ignored and left to suffer. moving out soon thank god. Landlord who lives out the country is besides himself with how bad the property has been allowed to become under beresfords care, it needs thousands to be repaired. we've lost huge amounts of personal belongings from the leak and damp. grateful to be leaving, but leaving out of pocket and without a lot of personal items due to them being damaged.

They let me have a survey done but my chain broke. They left the house on right move and didn’t let me know it was sold so I could look for another. Wouldn’t have a discussion on the phone . Absolutely horrible experience with Llandudno staff!!

This is a joke of a firm. You go in for a letting and they are all nice and smarmy up until the point the landlord goes for someone else. After that all contact ceases, they don't even have the common decency to phone and e-mail to tell you you were not the ones chosen. Avoid at all costs
