I can't praise Beresford Adams enough. All sales throw up challenges but I can honestly say that none of were with Beresford Adams as Estate Agent. With the multitude of external challenges you can face, such as a buyer dropping out or a surveyor not turning up, I always felt like the staff at Beresford Adams in Wrexham were always on my side; genuinely. With so much at stake and not always being able to be strong, the staff were great in going the extra mile and giving a fresh perspective and an action plan. At each stage, they were on top of things in terms of finding out where the blockages were and encouraging all parties to move through the required stages. My Dad, years ago, had good things to say about Beresford Adams in Wrexham and the current generation running the office can be proud that the good name still stands.

Had a lovely and very smooth process with Beresford Adams as a tenant. From the very first communication, I found them professional, responsive and friendly. I called so often with questions and spoke often to Lillie and Joshua, and have nothing but positive things to say about them both. The process was quick and easy. I very nearly pulled out of the house I wanted to buy because of the staffs bullying tactics. I didn’t have a good experience with the staff so I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone I know. I found them very rude and pushy. Had to get my dad to call them to ask them to stop with the nasty emails in the end.Customer service needs improvement. I would strongly recommend more training for all staff to complete and better communication in future. Disappointed is an understatement when it comes to the lack of replies and communication that occurred. Believe I was also lied to initially about another offer just to make me raise my price. They mysteriously pulled out of the house.

Thanks to Beresford Adams I finally got my house sold. It took a bit of time with buyers pulling out over minor issues but I finally got the buyer who really wanted the house. I hope they enjoy the property as much as I did. The whole team kept me informed at every step, even when people further down the chain moved the completion date. I strongly advise against using this agency to manage any property. In my experience, they have consistently demonstrated a complete lack of capability in handling even basic responsibilities. From withholding funds without clear explanation, to failing to take or provide accurate meter readings, their service has been disorganised and frustrating. Every time you contact them for information, no one seems to know what’s going on, and promises of a callback are rarely, if ever, fulfilled. There is a clear lack of accountability, with staff turnover so high that it's impossible to know who is managing what. You’re constantly being passed from one person to another with no resolution in sight. In short, they are not equipped to manage properties in a professional or reliable manner. AVOID at any cost !!!!

Absolutely amazing experience with Beresford Adams when buying our new house. I think we dealt with nearly everyone in the office at some point, all of which were super professional and helpful. It was quite a long and complex purchase but the team helped us every step of the way and really made us feel like they cared. Very professional from start to finish. All the staff were very friendly and Lauren gave us good advice and support throughout the sale. We did consider using the modern method of auction but the numbers given to us were considerably lower than what we eventually achieved so, with Lauren's support we used the conventional method to sell our property and received an offer on the first day of viewing, it has been smooth sailing and 3 months later we have completed! Holly and Lauren from the Wrexham office have been amazing. In our search for a house in the area, they have been proactive in sending information about properties on and about to come on their books, taking a detailed note of what we are looking forward. They return calls promptly, provide detailed information about the houses they are selling, forward links to properties matching our wish list and are making this search so much easier. This might sound really basic Estate Agent-ing, but has not been our experience with many high street agents. If you are on with them, they are working tirelessly to get your property before buyers. Well done both and to whoever manages you/wider company ethos. This is clearly standard good practice and not just certain personnel.
