The team at Beresford Adams Wrexham have been an absolute pleasure from the start. Alice valued our property and was a delight . So professional and knowledgeable giving excellent advice and guidance . She has been responsive to all communications. Laura showed potential buyers round our property and made us feel very comfortable and confident that the house would sell. Nathan has been such a star negotiating the sale on the property and exceeded our expectations. I’ve had an incredibly frustrating experience with Beresford Adams and would strongly advise others to steer clear. Despite numerous emails, they have consistently failed to respond, and every promise of a call back has been completely ignored. It's now been over three months since I moved out, and they are still withholding my housing deposit without any clear explanation or resolution. Their communication is nonexistent, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. Avoid this agency if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

The service we have had so far from Beresford Adams in Wrexham has been first rate, particularly from our agent, Alice Lofts, and the branch manager, Liz Miller-Eccleston. Alice efficiently and accurately valued our house, and, with the aid of extremely professional photography from Peter, quickly put together attractive sales particulars. The house was put on the market at the earliest opportunity and our first request for viewing came within the hour. Alice has kept us informed of every development and even contacted the estate agent of the property we wish to buy to keep them informed of progress. Liz has also taken a personal interest and both Alice and Liz have offered sound advice. They couldn’t have been more helpful.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish, Alice was so supportive and absolutely knows her stuff about the best way to market your property, she stayed in touch the whole way through and was always taking my calls and responding to my texts, with the most cheery manner we sold our house within 2 day of being on the market with this amazing company, Nathan was the main guy who sorted all our viewings, dealt with any offers and advised us every step of the way with what to do regarding the offers Nathan and I always had such a giggle and he always would ask how our new baby was. From our first contact with the Wrexham office we were amazed with the whole team who dealt with our sale. Everything was explained in detail and as we progressed it became very clear that our interests were in good hands. The virtual tour was absolutely brilliant and to my mind an essential addition. The photographer produced a great tour, floor plan and still photographs which complemented the property but were still accurate. Me and my partner have just bought our first home together, we had been lucky enough to find it with beresford adams, we have a rocky road with our solicitors and took a little longer than expected but with the help of the brilliant team in beresford adams especially Liz who was dealing with our case it got resolved as quickly as possible. Also Leanne who took over our case whilst liz was on annual leave. Nathan showed us around two homes one being back in November/ December 2018 and then another in January which he sold to us very well we new from the minute we stoped inside it was for us. Any questions we asked him he new the answer. Very friendly and approachable. Always kept in contact with us and prompt replies to any emails I sent to them. Nothing is ever to big or to small for this great team at beresford adams and they go that extra mile Honest and reliable service. Would highly recommend to anyone.

I have experienced an excellent standard of customer service from Beresford Adams in Wrexham. My property had been on the market with another agent for over a year and had very little interest and had not generated a sale. I found them on the a website that said that they were the most successful agent in the area and "average sales are within 8 weeks of being on the market". Beresford Adams have most definitely lived up to that review. They produced a fantastic sales broacher, I wasn't happy with the original photos but they amended them to what I wanted with no problem at all. As I was originally listed with another agent the people who made an offer had first viewed the property with the other agent. Beresford Adams referred them back to the original agent which meant I didn't have to pay double the agent fees and they sadly would not be getting paid all. I was pleasantly surprised by their honesty and integrity as I was even unaware I legally could have been eligible to pay both agents. Even though I wont be paying them the fee's they have still been extremely helpful with my sale and have given me information on what to do next and nothing is too much trouble. I have dealt with both Nathan and Leanne, who are both very helpful, enthusiast and when I call I feel like they offer a personal service. What I like about Beresford Adams Wrexham is that it's a vibrant & energetic agency agency who are proactive in working with the client to meet their needs to generate a sale. What I love about Beresford Adams Wrexham is that they won't compromise the integrity and honesty of their service just to make some money. Thank You all.

What a lovely experience for first home buyers ! (Ignore the reviewer below about Benjamin road as this is the house we had already started paperwork for and they tried to snake us ! ) we originally looked at other houses with another estate agents who didn't take us seriously. We had megan who helped us with everything from viewings to completion and everything in between , any questions we had she was so happy to help us ! She even chased up solicitors for updates as we hadn't heard anything. We used aimee the inhouse mortgage advisor again who was an absolute pleasure. The whole team have been so friendly and comforting in helping us buy our first house and everything we need to do to complete and even after we had keys they've been a call away for anything we needed. I would recommend this team to anyone who wants to purchase in wrexham !!!
