GoogleCannot fault Beresford Adams Wrexham team at all. I have all of my rental portfolio with them and have used their services numerous times. Each time they have worked hard to find me a tenant that is compatible with the property and to get things set up and into place as quickly as possible. Louise who currently works in the Lettings department has been particularly brilliant. Very thorough and extremely helpful when it’s needed and with my hectic lifestyle, she’s just what I need. So I would highly recommend giving them your property to let, or on the other hand using them as agent to help you find a property to let. We have also purchased a property through their sales team who also proved to be equally as helpful and efficient.

GoogleMoving house is one of the most stressful things you will ever do, and with the chain I was in there were so many hurdles. However, the team at Beresford Adam's Wrexham did everything they could to make it as smooth as possible. The team is made up of genuine, reliable and friendly people who will go the extra mile and keep in touch all the way through the process. I don't want to move again any time soon, but I would definitely use them again. Thank you!

GoogleThe service, feedback and quality of information from Beresfod’s has been exceptionally good in the three years that I have been using them. Any problems are reported and dealt with quickly and efficiently, they have been flexible and professional in their approach to requests both from myself as landlord and from my tenants, and the responses to any issues have been very prompt and efficient. I must give a special mentoon to Louise, who is proactive, friendly, reliable and easy to deal with. It is always a pleasure to speak to her.

GoogleHighly recommend Beresford Adams. My property was empty for over 3 months when I changed estate agents to Beresford Adams, they had a tenant in within a month. The service is very professional, they have kept me up to date at all times during the initial search and since the tenant has been in the property. The reports that they send out are also very detailed and give you piece of mind that your property is being well looked after. As with most things in life, there have been a few problems, but every query I have had has been dealt with very quickly. They accidently over charged me and the money was returned to me within a couple of day, no messing around. If you are looking for a professional, no hassle service, I would definitely recommend Beresford Adams.

Googlethe worst service ever!! they are an absolute shambles , i was not only a tenant with them but i am also a landlord and i will never ever use them again in my life, the way i have been treated and spoken to is the worst i have ever experienced. on check in they fail to list all the issues with the property but then on check out list them and try and blame the tenant. they add money to repairs and they basically do nothing for their money. i am sorry to say this is the worst agency i have ever dealt with in my life! i have used others and they are far better, i would avoid like the plague

GoogleI would not recommend Beresford Adams! My wife arranged a valuation of our property to get an appreciation of current market value. She was honest from the beginning, advising that we are not currently looking to sell, only to seek advice on whether it is beneficial to do further works. The appointment was cancelled 1.5 hours before they were expected because we were not in a position to sell, they did not think they could advise us accordingly. My wife took a day off work to prepare and be there for the appointment, only for it to be cancelled at such short notice. Many forums on the internet claim that estate agents are happy to offer valuations, even if you are not in a position to sell as they hope it will create a good image of the company in the hope that when the time is right you might use their services.....this is clearly not the case for Beresford Adams Wrexham branch! They are a bunch of time wasters and tried to blame the time delay in reaching their decision, not to attend on a junior member of staff whom had just started, rather than be honest and admitting it was because currently there is no financial benefit for them at this moment in time, a rather short-sighted way to operate in my opinion. Very disappointed.

GoogleExcellent sales pitch to get us onboard, since then it has been a sham, no communication unless we chase them, a week to respond to emails, loads of potential buyers also promised looking to buy at the beginning yet zero viewings to date. Extremely disappointing performance.

GoogleExcellent service from a friendly team! Cannot thank the team at Beresford Adams enough for all of their hard work and really going that extra mile. I previously had my property for sale with another local agent and we had no interest for months... we marketed our house with Beresford Adams and had viewings straight away and sold within 2 weeks. Cannot recommend them enough to anyone looking for an Estate Agent!

GoogleAbsolutely appalling service. Put me off renting through an agency. Tryed to finish with them beginning of May, it's 21st July not heard a word.... as per usual. I've had to sort out my tenants by myself. Waste of money. Contracts messed up. Overcharged.
