Really helpful service from the lettings team at Beresford Adams, I was on with another agent under a fully managed service, but yet was doing all of the management myself, even sat the rent smart wales licencing exam. The team were very honest and tailor made a management package to suit my needs. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a professional and honest service.

We used Beresford Adams recently to sell our house and can’t fault them at all! Service was quick and professional, they never minded us ringing and asking for updates. They were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend them and use them again

Excellent service. My property sold within a week of going on the market for more than we had hoped to achieve. The sale had a few problems, all of which were beyond the control of Beresford Adams. Leanne and Liz in particular were incredibly helpful, communicative and friendly. They really couldn't have done any more.

Poor experience with this estate agents, would not recommed. The pictures used for the property did not show the full property even though we paid for this service. Floor plans where poor. I could go on but just avoid this estate agents. (1 Star review)
