GoogleWe chose BA Wrexham after having tried unsuccessfully for some considerable time to sell our house with 2 other Chester agents. The service from Liz, Nathan and Leanne was excellent, and we had around a dozen viewers in just over 12 months, including after the end of the March 2020 lockdown. BA's network of offices was, I am sure, instrumental in marketing our house, which was an unusual and large semi-rural property. GoogleGave them the spare key and security fob for the property I am renting so they could carry out an inspection while I was at work, perfectly happy with service at this point. But a few months later a gas safety check was due so advised again that could be done using the spare key as I couldn’t take the time off work but got a call back to say they had lost the keys! Mistakes happen and had the lost keys and fob been replaced and given back to me then I wouldn’t be here complaining... instead we are almost 3 years down the line and after multiple attempts to contact them and resolve it I am left with only 1 security fob that would leave me stranded outside the block should it fail... have I also mentioned the intercom doesn’t work? Attempts to contact them and resolve the issue include: Reporting it in writing via email and following up with a telephone conversation Further telephone conversations Reporting it via the website for maintenance issues Forwarding emails reporting it directly to the lettings manager of the chester office and being told he would investigate... That was 7 months ago and still nothing I cannot recommend the Lettings office because of this unfortunately.

GoogleI can’t speak highly enough about this agency. We had a bad experience with an agent selling our home this year and we made the Decision to switch agents over to Beresford Adams Chester. Best thing we ever did . They are attentive, caring , professional and their customer service is 10/10. They really do go above and beyond and your not just a number but a name. Our house sold after switching over in less than 2 weeks. The staff are professional and they really are their for you trying their hardest to get the right clients for your home and viewings. A very special thank you to Sophie Stanway. Your friendly Personable manner was a breath of fresh air and you went above and beyond outstanding.Customer service.
