GoogleWe chose BA Wrexham after having tried unsuccessfully for some considerable time to sell our house with 2 other Chester agents. The service from Liz, Nathan and Leanne was excellent, and we had around a dozen viewers in just over 12 months, including after the end of the March 2020 lockdown. BA's network of offices was, I am sure, instrumental in marketing our house, which was an unusual and large semi-rural property. GoogleThe girls at Beresford Adams in Prestatyn definitely deserve more than 5 stars! They have been brilliant from the start! We have been looking to move for 18 months and where becoming more and more worried and had had absolutely dreadful experiences with most other agents. After let down after let down we gave up hope and began looking further affield and eventually found ourselves looking miles from home which meant reluctantly moving our daughters school and our very close family. This whole process nearly made me very ill until one came up in our ideal location in our home of Prestatyn we then gave it one last shot. They helped so much and so quickly from the first viewing right through to the end of our referencing process and easing my worries about most parts of it which they didn't have to do! Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them, we then finally where given the much wanted call of 18 months that we'd got it! Thanks to them we can stay in our much loved town, my daughter can stay in her lovely school and most of all we can stay amongst our loved ones! We just can't wait to move in! We rented privately In the end but Kaya has been extremely helpful with properties, getting in contact with me to arrange a viewing within half an hour of me showing interest in a property. Calling me with any price decreases in rent prices and any new properties in my price range as she knew how desperate we were to move. Jamie showed us around a few properties and he was amazing with us. He was very confident with his knowledge about each house and the surrounding area. Answered any questions we had and we had a laugh every time. Lovely lad. GoogleI can’t speak highly enough about this agency. We had a bad experience with an agent selling our home this year and we made the Decision to switch agents over to Beresford Adams Chester. Best thing we ever did . They are attentive, caring , professional and their customer service is 10/10. They really do go above and beyond and your not just a number but a name. Our house sold after switching over in less than 2 weeks. The staff are professional and they really are their for you trying their hardest to get the right clients for your home and viewings. A very special thank you to Sophie Stanway. Your friendly Personable manner was a breath of fresh air and you went above and beyond outstanding.Customer service. GoogleWe have now used Countrywide mortgage advice service a few times. We keep coming back here because of the level of service, expertise and local knowledge that Mr. Thuin Ali at the Chester branch has, is second to none. We have used many other services in the past but none compare to Mr Ali's customer support and mortgage advice skills. We fully intend to use Countrywide Mortgages in the future too. GoogleI went to see a property in Upton with Amy at the end of March, she was great, very knowledgeable about everything to do with the property and the area, really helpful and easy to talk to. I had an offer accepted and was in touch with Amy over the course of the next couple of months. I knew that if I contacted the office and asked to speak to Amy, she would call me back as soon as she could, without fail - this really offers a sense of comfort as you know any query or issue is going to be dealt with quickly and professionally. Nothing was too much trouble for Amy, if she didn't have the answer, she would come straight back once she did. I found all of the team really friendly, responsive and friendly, I would highly recommend all of the Chester team of Beresford Adams to anyone buying a property in this area. GoogleMy brother and I have Autism and were buying a house from Beresford Adams and I have never been treated this poorly before the Estate Agent said could you give me your LAST AND FINAL OFFER because the home owner does not want to have a bidding war (please notice I have wrote this in capital letters) and I will ask the other buyer for their LAST AND FINAL OFFER so we offered our LAST AND FINAL OFFER which was higher than the other buyers the Estate Agent then called me to say congratulations you have the house then three hours later she called again to say that my offer has been topped by the other buyer when clearly there shouldn't of been anymore offers now we have lost the house we are now left feeling extremely stressed we really did not need this this has made us both unwellNegativeQuality, Professionalism
