GoogleAmanda nealon and Susan dwen were the staff helping me at Abbotts and both of them were incredibly helpful. They were both consistently chasing the solicitors and keeping me updated every step of the way. Couldn't have asked for a better team to be helping me with my house purchase. Especially Susan dwen she did more than I ever expected a mortgage advisor to do for me and I would definitely use their services again.

GoogleDean is a top guy. Excellent service throughout what was to be a difficult, lengthy lease hold sale, though no fault of Abbotts. Legal and lenders being exceptionally picky but got there in the end.

GoogleAfter seeing what could be a perfect family home for us to rent online, i contacted Abbotts in Downham Market and was promptly put through to a lady call Lisa. What an amazing lady she is. She has made our whole experience effortless from start to finish. Every question has been answered in super quick time and nothing has seemed like too much trouble. GoogleAbbots itself is ok and Alex was super proactive and nice when handling our end of tenancy. However, Countrywide is disappointing as we’re having a very hard time trying to get our deposit back. So I would avoid Countrywide and all its agencies as a whole.
