GoogleThey don’t pick up calls during normal working hours on weekdays and do not return calls as well. It seems the voicemails left are just ignored.

GoogleBe careful. Wish I would have known before but they will steal holding deposit even if you find safety issues with the home after initially looking at the house like rotting wood and unkept windows. Also found plenty of other agents in the area that will not even charge a holding deposit. Do your research and make sure you only to sign what you are willing to lose.
Hello Daniel, All deposits, as required by law are held with deposit schemes with independent dispute avenues available to you which I hope you have considered if you remain unhappy. In relation to any safety issues with the property, if your home was managed by our local office, upon being made aware of the matter these would have been highlighted to your Landlord for their knowledge and ultimate decision on if they wish to repair the matter. GoogleI have been working with Abbotts Letting agency for about a month now and everything has gone so smooth. Firstly they were able to abide by my living standards and showed me a very nice house with all the amenities I need. I have been working through two different employees (the agent that showed me the house and her co-worker) and I have been pleasantly suprised by their communication skills with each other regarding my situation. There has never been a point at which I was emailing or talking on the phone with one agent and the other didnt know what was going on. Furthermore, my agents has always answered her emails in a VERY timely manner and never left me hanging. I have had no hiccups in any point of the process of getting my house (so far).

GoogleWell what can I say about these guys, only one thing, they are amazing!! I had my house up for sale with various other estate agents for six months prior to using Abbott’s with no luck whatsoever. Max used to call me very few weeks to try and get me to use them and stupidly I never switched. Until one day I decided to give them a try. Max and Derrick sold my house within one week, ONE WEEK! I only wish I had used them from the start. Don’t bother with any of the other estate agents, just go straight to the best! Thanks guys.

GoogleA late review but a much deserved one for Abbots Thorpe St Andrew, especially Kim Skiggs! Abbots worked as the agent for the owners of the property i was buying but the help and communication i received was faultless. My chain had a few blips but Kim kept chasing all parties, keeping them on their toes and keeping me informed every step of the way. Kim acted in a professional, friendly manner from first contact to picking my new keys up on the day! I would not hesitate to recommend or use the local Abbots team in the future!

GoogleTried to arrange a viewing on the property which joins to mine to look at as a cash buyer.... Waited 3 days for a response to be told we couldn't even have a viewing! If your thinking of selling your home then I would think twice about abbotts... The only agents who refuse to work with a cash buyer with no chain!! Wow

GoogleI recently moved out of a rental house that was managed by Abbotts. My checkout was done by Lisa Clayton, and I can honestly say she went above and beyond to help me get out in time! I was running a little behind for the inspection and, without me asking, she pitched in and helped clean the kitchen. It was so nice to have a friendly and helpful person at such a stressful time.
