1 month Quick, precise and prompt service to provide the perfect apartment to the renters” expectations I was looking for an apartment in King”s Lynn. I only got 3 viewings out of 20 that I applied to. Once I approached Daniella of Abbott”s, things moved quickly. She was kind to accommodate me on a Saturday afternoon viewing upon short notice (15 minutes, to be precise!). As a new immigrant into UK, I had a few hiccups such as credit check, taking time off from work frequently for viewings etc., They were extremely happy to provide me the best service and prompt communication which helped me to move into the apartment quickly. Most importantly, I was able to trust them and focus my time / resources on one single apartment and move in successfully. Each time I went to their office, they were courteous, attentive and also talked to the landlord quickly in order to get approval on critical matters.. I would recommend Daniella (viewings and office) and Gemma(office/communications) to anyone who wants to get an apartment to their taste/wishes in a short time. This is the second time we have used Abbots to sell our property. Staff always at the end of the phone to help with any issues. Their commission rates are very competitive compared to a lot of the other estate agents in the area. Abbots sold my last home for us and we bought this bungalow from them and can honestly say the service we received was amazing. We were let down by a local estate agent who told us we had sold our house to a cash buyer, only to find out they didn't act with due care and diligence, the cash buyer hadn't even sold. I went to Abbotts who were selling us this bungalow and within four days had found us another buyer who completed in record time so we didn't lose our bungalow we had set our hearts on buying. I can never thank Kerry , Braydon and all the team for all the hard work and care they took over our purchase. As the bungalow had been empty for two years prior to sale they bent over backwards letting us arrange to see the place with specialists to make sure all was in order several times. We first used Abbotts when we were selling my late mother's bungalow in 2012 and were very pleased with how proactive they were and we sold very quickly. When we came to sell our own property this year they were the first agents we thought of and again our experience has been very positive. Everyone we dealt with combined friendliness with professionalism. The original valuation was based on comparing similar properties and was therefore realistic. We always felt they were going the extra mile to market our property and again we had an ideal buyer within a few weeks and despite the disruption to the housing market because of Covid we have managed to exchange contracts without too much delay.
