GoogleI can only but praise the Fakenham branch of Abbotts. My experience began when Melanie called me back first thing on a Saturday morning to discuss some houses I had requested viewings online through their website. Sadly the houses I had requested to view were all sold but after finding out my requirements Melanie said she had another home which had come back on the market sale in the village. I had just accepted an offer for our house sale from her client too so it seemed like a good idea to look at the property. Melanie was spot on. The house was amazing and ticked every box and more. Melanie helped secure the deal and from there on was so helpful with both the purchase and selling process. Melanie and Shaye shared their experience and knowledge of local solicitors and put me in touch with a fantastic local solicitor who was not only thorough and time but also reasonably priced. I cannot thank Melanie enough, she is very personable and friendly with a great knowledge of the area. GoogleProperty has been left with lots of rubbish and lots of defects. Few days before purchase asked about this by email and it was confirmed that property will be left in proper state. GoogleFor 6 months I have called about properties and for 6 months all I heard was the property has been let when most times I received that response because I am on benefits due to disability. Then Abbotts gave me an opportunity to rent a property. Although the process is moving forward Samantha and Dean of Abbotts in Basildon have given me updates along every step and have made me feel like a normal person being given the VIP treatment all the way. By far this is an outstanding Estate agents and I would definitely recommend them to anyone with issues such as myself to try with them. They are understanding and empathetic towards all situations and will try their utmost to help and accommodate individual needs. GoogleNatasha and Steve were simply outstanding, individually and as a team. forget everything you have heard about 'estate agents' This team treat you like a genuine individual. During a difficult move, they kept us informed , updated and smoothed out the wrinkles. Didn't over price the property to 'test the market' like other outfits tried to do, sent over pre qualified viewers and sold the house within 10 days, on a flat rate commission based on the lower end of the range, even though we listed as offers in the region of. We were selling / looking for a year, and she was the only mortgage advisor (of many we saw) who regularly kept in touch with us over that time - She really cares about her clients. The team at the Attleborough branch - notably Steve and Natasha - managed to sell my property within a couple of weeks after being on the market for over a year with other agents. They were both patient and helpful throughout the marketing and sales progression periods, and I really felt that they both genuinely cared about the sale.
