All the staff are amazing and professional, particularly Annette Frensham she went that extra mile to make my experience of moving that little bit easier. GoogleI have bought and sold a few properties over the years and can honestly say that the team at Abbotts in Watton are amongst the very best estate agents I have ever dealt with. I mainly dealt with Georgina from the beginning to the end of my buying journey and she was, without doubt, one of the most helpful and professional estate agents I have ever met. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her and she worked extremely hard throughout the buying process to ensure everything went smoothly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Abbots in Watton.

GoogleI purchased a house from abbotts and the treatment I got from Danielle Lovett was outstanding! If it wasn’t for her and the team at Abbotts I would of had a breakdown! She stood by my side every step of the way through the purchase and she wasn’t even my estate agent! Danielle and her team at Abbotts answered emails and queries immediately and liased between the vendor and myself beautifully, The whole experience wasn’t the easiest due to solicitors and the particular chain we were in BUT I truly believe if I hadnt had Danielles reassurance and professionalism I would of crumbled! Thank You Abbotts I hope I don’t ever have to use an estate Agent again but you will be my first choice if I ever do thank you so so much 🙏

GoogleTerrible. Went to a viewing during work hours yesterday as they couldn't offer anything in the late afternoon or evening, my partner couldn't attend either because of work. I took a walk around video while there to discuss with my partner in the evening and told the agent we would talk it through together then apply. Got a missed call 2 hours after the viewing which I couldn't answer because of work with no voicemail left, but I called back and didn't get through. Called at 9am twice today to ask how to apply as we had no information and left a message, forth call to them just now and they told me we were too late to apply and they let the property yesterday afternoon cause many applied without doing viewings and I didn't answer their call. Apparently the message about me applying today wasn't passed on. Completely unfair for those that work and want just one evening to make a pretty big life decision.

GoogleAfter letting our property with Abbotts for many years and received excellent service and support from Sheridan, we decided to sell our property through Abbotts in Colchester. This was a big mistake. The Sales team were poor in every way. The first advert on Rightmove was put out in a rush, and the photographs were awful and there weren't any room measurements. It took weeks to improve the photographs and include the correct measurements. We had to show clients and Surveyors around the property because the Sales team would not attend. Phone calls were not answered either. When the Sale fell through, the Vendor called us,butno-one from the Sales Team contacted us . Our emails and phone calls went unanswered. So, after a very frustrating time with Abbotts in Colchester, we are marketing our Property elsewhere.

I was kept informed of the whole process and I was advised constantly. I was in safe hands from the very beginning of the process, until the end.
