GoogleI found our local Norwich Abbotts Estate Agent to be very professional during the marketing and selling of our house with good advice and fair pricing. We sold very quickly and there was one lady in particular Danielle Lovett who was especially supportive during our sale. We unfortunately did not have a straightforward move and had a very stressful time with the unforseen problems. (Little support from our solicitor and very little support from our conveyancing team). Thank goodness we had Danielle Lovett during a long stressful move who eventually got us over the line.PositiveValue

I have only really dealt with her and she has been very efficient, very knowledgeable, an excellent communicator and has done all she said she would do in a timely manner. GoogleI recently purchased a property that was sold through Abbotts in Ely and the experience was the smoothest one I have ever had. My highlight of the process was dealing with Jack, who went out of his way to progress my purchase as much as possible. He constantly kept me updated and even pushed things forward from my side without being prompted. I have no doubt that I would use Jack and Abbotts in the future, should I need their services. I would now always recommend Jack and Abbotts to any prospective buyers/sellers. Thanks for everything!

GoogleAbbotts went above and beyond to sell our property. It was our first experience of selling a house and they navigated us through the journey, explaining each step and keeping in constant contact throughout the process to update us on progress. They were consistently chasing up the solicitors to keep the sale running to our time frame. We are beyond grateful for the service we received and would recommend their services to anyone.

GoogleAwful service* Agents are useless, had to call them everyday at the end of my tenancy for updates on the deposit. Never knew who i was or what was going on, Jason was useless. I was also sent a bill for over £500 which was then scrapped as it was wrong... these agents are shocking, save yourself a headache.

Both were absolutely amazing throughout the whole process and ensured that we were kept up to date and in the loop of what was going on behind the scenes. They know how and who to escalare any issue, ever since my tenancy started with Abbots, Jason Lucy Millie and head of branch were there for us. So thank you guys. I previously had another letting agency and ever since i came with Abbots Countrywide i could see a proper difference... No agency compares to this to be fair. She was warm and professional and, despite problems out of her control (such as Covid and buyers pulling out), kept me up to date every step of the way and worked hard to get me the best sale price possible.
