From fast responses to queries, to being friendly and professional down the phone, she has made the entire process quick and seamless. For something that can usually be quite stressful, I've been surprised by how easy and stress free the whole process has been! Would definitely recommend :)

GoogleI booked to view a property taking time out of my work and day only to be left waiting for an hour with no body showing even after the agent called me to confirm. Shows a great example of what these unprofessionals are like.

GoogleAwesome service from start to finish. Jordon was the original valuator when we got the process started. Once we went ahead with instructing Abbotts, due to Jordan’s promotion, Jack popped over to sort the paper work etc and then from then Dean was our go to guy for everything. All 3 of these guys made the whole process simple. Whenever we needed help with anything they were there to help. I cannot recommend Abbotts enough!

GoogleWhat a fantastic service from start to finish! I wanted to say a big Thank you to Jack White whose enthusiasm was contagious! This young man was instrumental in getting my house on the market. He talked me through the agreement and he really listened to what I wanted. My house sold after the first viewing!!!! A big thank you also goes to Dean Starkey, who negotiated the price, kept me updated with everything along the way. Nothing was too much trouble for this company. It made for a very smooth transaction. So happy with the service and their whole attitude. Well done guys and thank you!!!

GoogleRecently had to sell my late father -in-laws property. Jack White did the valuation and found our buyer. We had 4 viewings and 2 offers. He listened to us, found the right buyers and was always ready to answer any questions. Dean Starkey took over once solicitors where involved and both where polite, friendly and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble for either of them. We were always kept up-to-date with all information. We were so grateful for their attitude in this emotionally difficult time for us. Our sale couldn't have gone any smoother. So thank you both and the rest of the team at Abbotts Basildon for all of your support. I would definitely recommend them to buy or sell your property

GoogleHonestly the best service. Emily M was fantastic in keeping us updated as the buyer, always very friendly, helpful with everything and answered all questions quickly. GoogleWe chose Abbotts after getting three agents for a valuation, based on Emily's enthusiasm and great personality as well as her commitment to the job. She came with thorough research and talked everything through with us. The service throughout the sale of our home (of which was sold in a week or so!) was fantastic from start to finish. Our solicitors weren't the quickest and we had more than a couple of changes with them, but Emily was so proactive and chased them on our behalf, she kept us updated and we felt confident with her the whole time. Could not have asked for a better person to deal with our sale for us, and the rest of the team were also brilliant in keeping in touch with us and fulfilling their word too.
