GoogleI have just completed on my mothers bungalow. The service I received from Garry and his team were excellent. I would suggest however never to go with their recommended conveyancing company. They were appalling. Garry went above and beyond in an attempt to sort the conveyancing company.But with no joy. In the end I dismissed the conveyancing company and went with a local solicitor.

GoogleRecently purchased a bungalow in Snettisham, Poppyfields Drive through Abbots Hunstanton. Garry Thompson dealt with our purchase. It was quite involved due to the different request being made throughout the chain. Gary was courteous and friendly in his approach and efficient in keeping us up to date and following up on the progress of our purchase. Although the the issues were quite complex he confidently carried us through the whole process and we now have the pleasure of living in our new home, thanks to his efforts on our behalf.

GoogleBuying and selling property is never an stress-free experience, however Abbotts go on that journey with you at all stages. Abbotts were great at keeping us informed with viewings and acted professionally at all time. Once we’d accepted the offer Mollie and Pat at Abbotts went above and beyond to keep us informed at each stage and act as a conduit between all parties when required. Would highly recommend Abbotts if you are selling your property.

GoogleOliver and his team have been nothing short of amazing from the get-go of our home buying process. We are first time buyers so we were initially new to everything that it entailed, but Downham Market Abbots ensured that everything was thoroughly explained and handled throughout. Oliver has been fantastic as far as corresponding to solicitors and verifying the progress of our purchase - as well as keeping us updated and reassured at each step. I couldn't recommend the Downham branch enough, they have made the whole operation feel seamless, and for that we can't thank them enough. We will be using Oliver and team for all of our property needs moving forward, without a shadow of a doubt, the easiest five stars I've ever given.

GoogleZita who came to show the property first thing in the morning of Saturday she showed kindness, respect while listening to all our thoughts questions and give us all necessary answers needed. Rosie send us emails for all the necessary matters needed to be completed. Homelet as a trust pilot in collecting data's is a very good and easy to navigate. GoogleReally, really great experience. We bought and sold through Abbots and they were excellent, from arranging loads of viewings for our house to taking our calls and chasing solicitors when it came to completion. Simon and Steve were fantastic throughout and we'd highly recommend them.

GoogleAbbotts did a great job of selling our house. It's hard to choose an estate agent to market a property but I'm glad we chose the team - Patrick, Diane and Gabriel - to look after us. The whole process was handled well from the initial marketing to the viewing and through to a successful sale.

GoogleThis was our first experience of buying a home and we were fortunate to be in the very capable hands of Lynn Mumford. Lynn really went above and beyond the call of duty to push our purchase to completion. There were many challenges thrown up throughout the process and Lynn was always available with gentle reassurance and a proactive approach to forge through the difficulties. Aside from doing a fantastic job, Lynn is warm and approachable - it’s incredibly important to have a friendly voice on the end of the phone and Lynn was always a pleasure to deal with.
