GoogleI called abbots when wanting to sort out my mortgage. I spoke to Steve on the sales team who was very friendly and gave me a bit of advice before chatting with Stephen Huff about the mortgage itself. Both were great and gave me lots of helpful information.

GoogleWe recently bought a bungalow through Abbotts, we had a few hold ups nothing to do with Abbotts but they were extremely helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They were the only ones that kept us informed of what was going on. We would definitely recommend them.

GoogleAbsolutely fabulous team at Abbotts. Couldn't be happier. They are always friendly and helpful and take the time to listen to you, on the phoen or in person, which is very important with such a big decision as buying a house. I would happily recommend them to all of my friends and family. Special shout-out to the Steves - Steven Bond who has been the most helpful and happy estate agent I could have hoped for (and makes a great cup of tea!), and Steven Huff who is a great mortgage advisor and didn't mind my multitide of questions and calls.

GoogleI contacted Abbott's to get an up to date valuation on our property after being there for a little while and thinking about what we want to do next. Steve went through all our details with us and was very thorough, and when we had the valuation done we received lots of information to help us figure out what we wanted to do next. GoogleThe guys at Abbotts in Downham were absolutely brilliant and I can’t thank them enough. They helped us through the process of buying our first home from start to finish and made it all very simple. They were flexible and accommodating with arranging extra viewings and provided all the support we needed. I would definitely recommend these estate agents, Ollie and Steve in particular were very helpful but the whole team there is great!

GoogleI had the pleasure of working with Harrison with my first house purchase. He was an absolute star in explaining everything to me and helping me to digest the ins and outs of buying a home! Nothing was too much trouble for him. He would also call and email when he said he would and helped me get a great deal in such a crazy time for buyers. He helped me push my solicitor and even called on his days off to make sure I have everything I needed. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend you to friends and family and of course I would ask for Harrison! He's worth his weight in gold!
