GoogleFrom the very first moment that we met with Zita from the Cambridge office, we knew that we were in good hands. Zita is very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and super efficient at her job. She guided us effortlessly through the whole process and was there for us whenever we needed her help alongside the lovely Holly. GoogleCommunication absolutely rubbish. Once your in a tenancy agreement forget any further correspondence. One agent very rude, even put the phone down after admitting and apologising that she didn't pass on some information when she should have done. Avoid them, very rude and never follow up on repairs needed to property. Disgraceful!

GoogleAbsolutely awful when dealing with shared ownership! Traveled an hour and 20 minutes each way to an appointment to be told I'd be better off renting and the property I went for was going to the highest share offer... could have been told this on the phone! Several weeks and several applications for other properties and no call backs or follow through with appointments from abbots. Tried a different estate agents and got approved to purchase instantly! Turns out if you don't want a mortgage or someone comes in with bigger share purchase you don't stand a chance! Terrible for shared ownership Terrible for communication Just Terrible!

GoogleAbbotts have been fantastic during my move from Wales to my new flat in King’s Lynn. After a separation regarding tenants, they found me a smaller, nicer, 1 bedroom property in no time, and the move was even faster! Suzie, Lynsey, and Kerrie treated my situation with so much care and consideration, and regularly meeting them for viewings made the whole experience more personal. Countless phone calls about new properties starting with “this one made me think of you!” from Suzie made me feel like I was in good hands. They took into consideration all of my needs such as budget, location, and all round quality of properties viewed. An exceptional experience where they went above and beyond for someone new in town.

GoogleMy recent personal experience with the team in Abbots Norwich was very positive. A very special thank you go to Danielle for being an excellent comunicater, friendly and professional. Danielle was a great support to me during the sale process and she was always very keen to move things forward and comunicating with all parties involved. A stressful process felt much less than that .Danielle....you are a star and a real asset to Abbotts Norwich .

Hannah did a good job of keeping me informed without any unnecessary phone calls. She was very helpful if I had any queries & was quick to return my calls if she was unavailable. The whole experience from start to finish went very smoothly. They sold our house for a great price too . These three are a great team highly recommend!
