It cannot be understated how much the people at Abbotts saved me. They are always ready to help and I’ve felt safe throughout my whole house hunting journey knowing I had them by my side, even after every inconvenience that came our way they really pulled through until the end and made this as stress-free as it could be. Very friendly people would absolutely recommend if you’re looking to move soon.

Not very helpful whatsoever, put an offer in on a property as a cash buyer that these people are marketing over a week ago and NOT heard anything since! Gentleman who I spoke to quite condescending and abruptly answering my questions. Do these people NOT want to sell the properties they are marketing??

I would like to commend Kerry Gilboy for her professionalism and patience to date in advising me how best to deal with a recalcitrant tenant who will not vacate the property even though the lease is up. Kerry has explained Abbotts’ letting policies clearly and is a pleasure to work with especially as trying to market my property for rental given the intransigence of the tenant has been frustrating and has caused her considerable inconvenience in terms of travel and time wasted. Her professionalism is exemplary and she has been calm and reassuring in the face of these difficulties.
