GoogleDuring my often frustrating and stressful search for a rental property I had contact with many agents, and I can honestly say that they could all learn a thing or two from Mackenzie Backhouse. During the whole process he was polite, professional, efficient and friendly. He is an asset to Abbott's and I hope they appreciate that.

GoogleGood experience with Abotts recently due to Mackenzie. He was a huge help and always had the answers. Nothing was ever an issue or an imposition. He was relaxed and easy to talk to when meeting for the first time at the viewing. It's a nice change to deal with a younger person in such a stressful time. In past experience, with other estate agents, older staff are usually way too formal making it uncomfortably tense when viewing and generally just don't care or become rude when you ask a question or two it becomes too much work for them. However Mackenzie was the complete opposite and always knew what to say and how to help. Also the first time we've ever had such a quick process from viewing to moving in and feels like this was mainly down to Mackenzie. Real credit to his company. Abotts please get more staff like him.
