GoogleAbsolutely appalling service from this branch, if you are thinking of selling or buying though this branch just try to phone them a few times to get an idea of what contact and service you will have in the future. Phone rings constantly and then transfers to an answer system, its as if there is no one there. For a business that relies on telephone calls as a first point of contact for sellers and buyers I find it unbelievable. May be employ a school leaver to man the phones and take enquiries.

GooglePlease avoid, managed my 2 properties for several years with no issues until I was informed my tenant reported a leak from the tap below kitchen sink, I gave them permission to carry out the repair immediately. Nine weeks later they informed me that the leak has been repaired but there is now significant damage to the laminate flooring and kitchen unit. There plumber said the damage was already like it when he went there but he hadn't visited the property until he carried out the repair, tenant told us he had asked them to send a photo of the leak at the beginning and decided to repair it when it suited him over 2 months later. They admitted they were at fault but offered 250.00 as a good will gesture for over 6,000.00 worth of damage. We have stopped them managing our properties and gone with a more professional company who have told us they react to any issues within 24 hours which you would expect.
My advise to them would be to use professional contractors to carry out there work and follow up to make sure work has been carried out. Very expensive mistake on our part to think we trusted these people.
