The chains completion was a challenge however Euan turned detective to establish the facts, get answers and resolutions! GoogleI leave on 218 Harwich road 3 year ,was very old house, i let this house with Abbotts Property from Colchester, Manager from theare check with me this hoise before i leave and say everythig is the same how was before and hi does t see any reasson to take my money back from depozit, i leave i moving to Romania with my family and after 1 months this agency Aboots send my message i have to pay back 1600£ to change floor, toillet, garage door, etc so this landdor not coming any day in 3 year i spend my money to fix some things and now hi whany to clean and change floor with my money. So be aware with this agency!

Nicola Weeds took us under her wing and explained each step of the process, Nicola is always on the end of the phone or email when I have questions of which I've had a few. If you are considering selling your property, I would recommend Abbotts.

GoogleThe most god awful experience from start to finish !!! Was made aware of a guard dog in the garden of the property before accepting to rent and was promised a number of times it would be taken care of. Upon arrival, after having packed up all our belongings and arriving at the new property we was greeted by our “promise” still being in the garden along with months of feces !! The manager Chris continuously buried his head in the sand and didn’t even have the decency to take a phone call from us. After being promised (again) that if we weren’t happy we could leave and not lose our deposit we was greeted with yet another surprise (after god knows how many failed attempts to make contact) we was informed that he no longer works for the company !! After being in the property for a week or so we were pleasantly greeted by a Rat whilst trying to enjoy the sun in the fece infested garden ! I could go on and on about how many attempts we have made to contact the agents with no success, or when we have been promised (again, shock) to have a return call or email it has not happened. Not one of the “agents” take any ounce of responsibility. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!
