Extremely dishonest when returning deposit, charged for faults that were present before our tenancy and then lied repeatedly. Staff were incredibly rude and dishonest. If I could give zero I would do!

Excellent friendly service with face to face contact. Unlike the internet offering constant updates and on how best to market my property. Sale agreed after open day with 16 viewings and all achieved within 10 days from start to finish. I highly recommend this office and company.

We live out of Norfolk but were recommended Abbotts Countrywide and specifically Bev regarding a mortgage. The service we received was fantastic and even though we live over 100 miles away nothing was ever a problem! Whenever I called the office, the staff were extremely helpful and now I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends or family.

I recently bought a house through Abbots Cromer and sold one with another Estate Agent in another county. Hillary the sales progresser at Abbots is certainly that! Chasing solicitors daily, pushing not only the purchase through but also the sale of the house and constantly contacting solicitors. Other Agents will sit back and just let things happen once they have found a buyer for a property but you can be assured with Hillary on the case the completion and exchange will be on her list to do as well.

Thoroughly delighted with the service we have received from the Abbotts team at Cromer. Their proactivity in spotting an opportunity to show excellent purchasers our Dad's bungalow meant we found buyers even before the property was even advertised. The regular communication updates as the sale progressed were welcomed and I am also very grateful for the amount of times they visited the property at the purchasers request as we live 3 hours away. Everyone we dealt with was polite, professional, proactive and highly competent. Thank you.

I have been a landlord with Abbott’s for sometime now and I was considering a new agent, however since Gemma has become the new Lettings Manager I can say this has changed. My faith in Abbott’s has been restored, Gemma is professional at all times and always ensures she goes the extra mile.

They were always extremely professional, polite and helpful. They were fully committed to selling our house. They kept us informed during the whole process and were very persistent in ensuring we had current information about the progress with rest of the chain. Having our own contact person was a bonus and she was excellent. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their house.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Estate agent turned up 10 minutes late, and due to another viewer of the property turning up early I felt pressured for time to look at the property, especially as I had brought my mother and disabled brother with me. Upon entering the property I quickly realised it wasn't the one advertised online and brought this to the attention of the agent, who explained there had been some confusion of the property in question. The property I actually wanted to look at had been let agreed and the person is apparently moving in next week despite Abbotts still advertising it. I don't believe abbotts know which properties they have available to let. Useless customer service, very unapologetic and all round terrible company.

Worst Letting agent ive ever encountered!! Staff are rude, unhelpful, no one seems to know what is going on and never return calls. Gave up and rented the same house through another local agent who were also renting it. Their service was amazing and ive told the house owner so he doesn't make the mistake of using abbotts again, Id give you zero stars if I could

As first time buyers, we needed someone who had the time and patience to explain the in's and out's of everything, and Holly did just that. She always had time to speak to us and was always on the end of the phone to answer our questions. As a first time time buyer, I was looking for advice and support in understanding the variety of mortgages currently on offer and which would best suit my circumstances. I compared numerous brokers and found that Holly Sims provided the most extensive, proactive, detailed and step-by-step insight. She clearly explained the different processes and schemes available; including timelines, costings, pros and cons of each, as well as what was achievable within my ideal budget and goal. She carried out extensive research on my behalf, provided a great service and I thoroughly felt invested in. I would strongly recommend Holly if you are looking for a great Mortgage Advisor.
