GoogleUnprofessional and rude! Had a viewing with the woman called Jessica who first of all totally forgot about our scheduled appointment! So after calling many times managed to rescheduled for later in the day. This is after we has driven 20 miles to come and view the property. When we did arrive for the viewing with. We were told to wait outside while the property was being viewed by someone else, so with her running late was running, that meant we were running late into our own plans too! There was no apology or anything, very unprofessional in my opinion.
Apon finally viewing this house and asking questions about the property - she didn’t have a clue and didn’t know anything about the house! Her favourite line and only answer was ‘Errmmm I don’t know’.This is not what is expected when you are viewing any property.
We really liked the house, but this whole experience put us off completely and we decided not to go any further. Very disappointed! Abbot's might be wise to consider sending her on any future vewings!

GoogleI came to the Ipswich Abbott's branch seeking a rental property, I had just reloaded from Australia and was in desperate need to find a rental property for myself and family. Jessica and Damian in the lettings team were exstreamly helpful and answered all of my questions. Being new to the area and never rented before I was very confused about the process - the team at Abbott's helped me throughout the way and one year on I'm still in my rental property that they found for me. My landlord goes for a fully managed service which is also very convenient and professional. Definatly an agent I will stick with.

The photos and presentation for sale were excellent and I was kept informed of arranged viewings by email and text. All staff were very helpful. Most of my dealings were with Amy and Oliver, who were both excellent, dealing with my queries in a friendly and professional way. Liaison between Abbotts' offices at Hunstanton and Burnham Market (the office handling my buyer's house sale) made for a smooth sale. I would recommend them to anyone looking to sell a property in West Norfolk.

GoogleAbbotts have a good range of properties to offer. During my search I was kept well informed and up to date with information on properties coming on to the market. Living in another part of the country from Norfolk, where I was looking for a new home, created logistical difficulties in using public transport to get to viewings, but the staff team were always very helpful and accommodating in arranging to drive me from their office to see various properties in the area. Altogether I found the service provided to be excellent and the staff to be well informed, patient and extremely helpful. So I highly recommend Abbotts Countrywide.
