The service we received was fantastic and even though we live over 100 miles away nothing was ever a problem! Whenever I called the office, the staff were extremely helpful and now I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends or family.

GoogleWe chose Abbotts to sell our family home in Epping, having been very impressed by Colin's can-do attitude and no-nonsense approach when we were looking for an estate agent. The sale was part of a six stage chain, and inevitably there were delays. We were grateful to Paul for keeping on top of the situation and giving us regular updates. As proposed completion dates came and went, he never lost his calm and professional manner, and we are pleased to say a successful sale has now been concluded.

GoogleJust an awful experience from initial contact to viewings to final correspondence. Rubbish literature with missing details, generally poor apathy from staff, no interest in the sale until we had exchanged and not an experience we would want to repeat. We would certainly not sell our house with Abbotts and would seriously consider not buying one from them in the future. Why would I want to email this all to a black hole email - Far better for the branch manager from this awful branch to call or make contact themselves...

GoogleBrilliant service, I use Damian and Jess to let out all 5 of my properties, each let has been quick and stress free. All the tenants have been full time working professionals and always look after the property like their own! The team at Abbotts are very knowledgeable and have a great knowledge of the local area, they have always been so helpful with any questions I may have. I would defiantly recommend the fully managed service.
