GoogleI recently had my house let out and the tenants put in a months notice to quite of 16th December, by 18th December the lettings agents had not even re advertised it, this followed a long series of mishaps by them and I changed to Abbotts. I met with a charming lady called Gemma and within days wheels were in motion and the vacancy was filled. I have spoken with a few of the team and can honestly say they all act in a totally professional manner at all times, I would not have a problem in recommending them

GoogleUnprofessional and rude! Had a viewing with the woman called Jessica who first of all totally forgot about our scheduled appointment! So after calling many times managed to rescheduled for later in the day. This is after we has driven 20 miles to come and view the property. When we did arrive for the viewing with. We were told to wait outside while the property was being viewed by someone else, so with her running late was running, that meant we were running late into our own plans too! There was no apology or anything, very unprofessional in my opinion. Apon finally viewing this house and asking questions about the property - she didn’t have a clue and didn’t know anything about the house! Her favourite line and only answer was ‘Errmmm I don’t know’.This is not what is expected when you are viewing any property. We really liked the house, but this whole experience put us off completely and we decided not to go any further. Very disappointed! Abbot's might be wise to consider sending her on any future vewings!

GoogleAs a first time buyer I had no idea about anything when it came to getting a mortgage. Everyone here was very helpful! Dionne produced rapid results for me, she was also very passionate and exceedingly enthusiastic about landing me on the property ladder. Dionne explained everything fully along the way and was always there for me if I ever needed any advice or help. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy first time or not. She didn't hesitate to arrange a viewing for a property on the first day so I was then able to make an early offer in which led to a purchase! If you was fast, stress free results, dionne is the one to call

GoogleHad a bit of a rocky ride selling our house, what with losing a buyer, finding our new house (Ellises) not being able to move forward because of things beyond our control, losing Ellises to somebody else, finding a lovely house only to find it was in a flood area, & then the lovely Gaby Wones phoned to let us know Ellises was for sale after all, after that Gaby & sometimes Sherrell from Abbotts in Halesworth were always available to answer any questions & always ready to help in any way they could, so here is a great big thank you for all the help you gave us during this purchase, thanks from Ron & Sharon.
