GoogleI have received excellent service from Sam,Sean and Ben. They reply very swiftly to my phone calls,texts and emails and have gone the extra mile for requests out of the normal remit. The managed rate is both reasonable and extremely competitive. I would certainly recommend Abbotts as it had previously been to me. My tenancy agreement has now ended at the moment but I would like to take this opportunity to thank Ben and Sam once again for their assistance during the last year and hope to use their services again in the future.

GoogleI have used a lot of estate agents in the past but none compare to Abbott's, Chelmsford. I was recommended by a friend and was introduced to Ben and Bukola who were fantastic, instantly they built a quick relationship with me their efficiency in dealing with my requests, by either telephone or email were second to none nothing was too much to ask which made me feel at ease. I cannot recommend them enough, the professionalism and ability to go the extra mile was really appreciated by myself. I will be using the services again for sure.

GoogleSplendid service from Scott Cracknell. Our property sold within 2 weeks after disastrously being on the market unsold for 5 months with another local Estate Agent. From the outset their attention to detail was very reassuring, and the printed sales brochure they produced represented the property very accurately and in great detail and clarity. We appreciated the attention not only from Scott but the other staff members when he was absent. They were always cued up on the latest information and where we were in the process. They ensured that our sale went through as fast as possible, and Scott monitored the transaction with our buyers to completion. Very satisfied, thank you.
