Fantastic, proffesional and friendly service that helped us with the selling of our house. Even when the move fell through they done everything they could to get us sold again, which they did ! Would recommend to anyone wanting to sell or buy!

I have recently purchased a property through Abbotts in Halesworth and felt I should write a review to say what a pleasant experience it was! Both Cheryl and Gabby were always so friendly but at the same time very professional. If I contacted them by phone or email I always received a reply answering my question as soon as they found out the answer! They helped me through the whole house purchase and I can’t recommend them enough. I am now settling in to my new house thanks to them ?? Judy

First class experience with the team at Halesworth. We were keen to sell our Walpole property quickly but at the right price. Cheryl and Gabrielle were extremely professional and diligent in finding the right purchaser and we completed well before the 'exchange' of our new purchase in Shropshire. We had a great service from Cheryl and Gabrielle at Abbotts, Halesworth. They kept us up to date with all the relevant information from the seller and their solicitor, and arranged any visits to the property with the minimum of fuss. They were cheerful and efficient throughout, and ignored my emotional outbursts like true professionals.

Abbotts were the estate agents that handled the sale of our new home, although they were working on behalf of the previous vendor they could not do enough to help. As we were first time buyers they ensured we understood each step hand holding where necessary. They made buying our first home an amazing experience, and will use them in the future should we decide to sell our home! Amazing service!

Cheryl and Gaby’s professional competence was matched by personalities that were genuinely warm, kind, and authentic. They were in constant communication with us, responding to our requests, and proactively going out of their way to assist in maintaining the momentum during the buying and selling process. They guided us through the whole process with great expertise. In the thick of things, Gaby even entertained my toddler to allow Cheryl and I to finalise pending paperwork. We always felt at ease when working with them and they are a positive reflection of their team. Cheryl leads a well-organized team who kept us informed about upcoming due dates, changes in scheduling and so on. We would strongly recommend Abbots-Halesworth to anyone looking to rent or buy a property in the area and its surroundings.

Although it's reasonable to say that on the whole, Estate Agents don't have the greatest of reputations, Abbotts follow all the stereotypes by the book. Poor communication being their forte.

I would like to thank Holly, Chloe and Charlotte for for the excellent service they have provided for me. I had a bad experience with another agent and the Abbotts have turned that around by their customer service and finding the right tenant for me. I would highly recommend Abbotts to be your letting agent in Bury St Edmunds.
