Brilliant service, I use Damian and Jess to let out all 5 of my properties, each let has been quick and stress free. All the tenants have been full time working professionals and always look after the property like their own! The team at Abbotts are very knowledgeable and have a great knowledge of the local area, they have always been so helpful with any questions I may have. I would defiantly recommend the fully managed service.

I came to the Ipswich Abbott's branch seeking a rental property, I had just reloaded from Australia and was in desperate need to find a rental property for myself and family. Jessica and Damian in the lettings team were exstreamly helpful and answered all of my questions. Being new to the area and never rented before I was very confused about the process - the team at Abbott's helped me throughout the way and one year on I'm still in my rental property that they found for me. My landlord goes for a fully managed service which is also very convenient and professional. Definatly an agent I will stick with.

I registered with a few of the main agencies in Ipswich but the knowledge and service Damian provided was second to none. Damian gained my trust immediately and I would not choose anyone else with my buy to let properties.

Absolutely shocking, I have never ever in my life been made to feel the way I did. The estate agent Dale was so rude, he was offensive and unhelpful. His attitude was one of the worst I've ever experienced, he was not interested in my property, undervalued it by at least 10,000 and made derogatory comments about the previous occupants. He was both patronising and obnoxious and incredibly rude even making comments about my personal situation.

As a first time buyer, I had visited many estate agents looking for help, however I soon ended up choosing to continue my mortgage application and property searches through Abbotts due to the excellent service received from Harry and Eva (for the mortgage). A big thank you to the both of them, as they are both a credit to the company. Out of all the estate agents I had visited, Harry was the most helpful and provided me with lots of properties to view and always called back to ask me what I had thought. Great service and communication from all, thanks for making it all happen for me!

When Harry was on annual leave I spoke with Paul Ward who valued my property. I trusted his judgment on the value and can safely say I sold within a week. Harry Stoner was an absolute star when selling our property and helped us purchase our new home. Harry managed to find us a buyer in three weeks and kept us updated throughout the sales process. I have recently dealt with the lettings team in Ipswich to find a rental property. My requirements were very specific, the lettings team listened to my situation and worked hard to find something suitable. I will defiantly be renting through Abbotts again.

Abbotts have been managing the letting of my property for a few years now and mostly things have been run very smoothly. Abbotts approached me a couple of weeks ago regarding two minor issues the tenant had. After I told them that I would like them just to go ahead and sort small jobs without the need to run it by me first, Olivia effeciently organised the two minor repairs without needing to come back to me through every step of the process. This helps keep my tenants happy, gives Olivea more job satisfaction and stops me being a bottleneck in the smooth running of my property.

Was so nervous about renting for the first time but was over the moon with the service i recieved from the team here. You can read a lot of horror stories on the internet about renting but i can safely say that all i was greeted with was fantastic service and the very definition of professionalism. Can not recommend highly enough.
