She has kept us updated right the way through from taking us to see our new home to calling us to say congratulations. We won’t be moving again as Georgia has found our for ever home. GoogleI have nothing but praise for Abbotts. I found them very professional and extremely helpful. At a time that is very stressful you need a competent and organised agent. Tracy Jennings at the Rayleigh branch particularly went out of her way for us to make sure our move went smoothly and timely. I can't recommend them enough.

GoogleDisappointed with the Branch Manager. Branch staff seem to be much better than the manager. Using an estate agent should take the hassle away from moving home, this isn't my experience. Would not recommend or use again.

I also dealt with Tracey, who I found to be again, extremely professional, helpful and very kind at a stressful time.
