GoogleWe found a progress 'chaser' a most useful addition, linking the two ends of the negotiation. A boundary issue could have weakened the resolve without knowing the position of both parties. You cannot beat good communication.

GoogleHaving dealt with numerous mediocre agents over the years and having gone through a wide array of frustrating problems had made me prejudiced towards the industry as a whole. However, then having the pleasure of dealing with Nina from the Cromer branch I can safely put to bed any prejudices I may have had as she went absolutely above and beyond and made the whole process incredibly simple and smooth and was very attentive to any needs while dealing with the move. Have recommended this branch to friends who are also in the renting market.

GoogleNot all estate agents are equal - David in your Cambridge office is certainly an example of "what good looks like"! He has been without doubt the best person I’ve dealt with during my recent sale/purchase of houses. Surpassing my solicitors without question. David’s professional and supportive approach from day one has been outstanding. His communication skills are exceptional and he’s a delight to deal with. Within my role at work; I manage a European wide Client services team. I wish I had a David! He will be an asset to any team he joins. I do hope David is recognised within his role as he, in my opinion, is the best representation of Abbots Cambridge you have.

GoogleUnfortunately Abbotts have let us down very badly since we moved into 5 Cow Cottages Ashen CO10 8JP even though they did some of the repairs Abbotts have continuously let the landlord get away with not carrying out repairs to the said property & this has been going on since we moved in on the 28/10/2017 so i would NOT Recommend Abbotts lettings to anyone on the move from said address on the 27/07 19 wow what a relief because nothing has improved in regards to the service we have received over the past 21 months I am sure Abbotts Countrywide as a whole are a good company but unfortunately their Bury St Edmunds branch is the biggest let down ever for customer service hated the whole experience with them unfortunately especially when we have been honest throughout and rent fully paid up to date such a shame they took notice of a 3rd party landlord who's name don't even appear on the contract I would download all the photographic evidence but it would be too embarrassing for the genuine people who work for Abbotts Countrywide.

I’m sure you can understand that we act on behalf of the Landlord and his decisions with his property, which I appreciate has been frustrating for yourselves but we have to act accordingly. GoogleMe and my girlfriend are currently looking for somewhere to rent in and around Bury St Edmunds to move very soon. I contacted the office last week and spoke with a lady called Kerry who was very polite and friendly who passed me over to her colleague Vivien. She took down our details to see if she can find the right property for us and was helpful. They didn’t have what we are looking for last week, but have contacted us today and booked us in for a viewing this week. We've found the service really good so far and fingers crossed the property is for us as it ticks all of the boxes!

GoogleAvoid at all costs!!! My mother moved out two month ago from the flat and they still haven't returned the deposit. They either ignore your calls, tells you that they are busy or their computer broke. It's a joke! Been calling them daily, they have an excuse for everything. Appalling service

GoogleI can't rate the team at Beccles highly enough. Our move wasn't exactly easy, but without their hard work and commitment it simply wouldn't have happened! Natalie's dedication to her job is evident, and she saved our move from falling through on more than one occasion. GoogleSearching for a property to buy and finding the right mortgage is extremely complicated and stressful process. Accepting the service of Miss Holly Simms CeMAP as my mortgage broker was one of the best choices I have ever made. With her careful approach toward a client, excellent communication skills and calm demeanour all the process suddenly became clear, simple and almost stress free. In our first meeting she took time to explain all the main stages and benchmarks in mortgage application, including estimated time periods. After assessing my choice of property and financial status (agreement in principle) she made a careful search of the best mortgage option. Then she took complete responsibility to arrange the mortgage application on my behalf. Additionally, she offered excellent insurance for the mortgaged property. I really recommend her service, especially to clients with little or no experience in mortgage application. Great thanks to Holly and Abbots Countrywide - it was an excellent job.
