If I could give you a zero star I would. Leaving you in charge of a property and our lives was a massive mistake. The lack of communication in your company is by far the best - in that you come top of the table. This is the most unprofessional group of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. To anyone who is debating whether or not to have them "look after" your property I would not even give them a second glance let alone a first. I would say unfortunately but it is your own doing, even the lettings manager doesn't seem to know what is going on with her staff and despite us being more than cooperative she has actively destroyed our reputation with the landlord because it is easier to blame tenants than to admit that they can't let a property. Stop lying to landlords and maybe do your job properly instead.

The guys and gals at Abbotts Wymondham were excellent during my sale and purchase, kept me informed at regular intervals throughout. Photos for the website were done quickly, viewings were taken care of, and a buyer was found in less than a fortnight, which was ultimately the person we sold to a few months later. I'm not really sure how Abbotts could have done better. Thanks!

We recently bought our house using Abbots Estate Agency and we chose Verity Wilde to be our mortgage adviser. She was absolutely brilliant in explaining the whole process, advising us on everything we may need and finding us a good mortgage deal. We could approach her easily for advise and additional information and she took an extra time to meet us in suitable for us time/branch location. We are very happy with her services.

Tom and Kerry were very helpful in helping me source a new rental property, showing me around properties that suited my needs and requirements quickly, efficiently and answering all my questions. Was shown a property by Tom, he has a double surname and can’t remember what it was, (sorry). I would just like to say he was extremely mannerly and understood exactly what it was we were looking for. Excellent people skills and he did a great job. I’d have him show me round all houses!

I cannot praise Abbotts Estate Agents Cromer enough. They organised my letting of a beautiful flat in super quick time (going to great lengths to organise all matters thoroughly and also rapidly drawing up a tenancy agreement). Nothing was too much trouble for the team there. They ensured the property was safe for me to move into and put themselves out several times to ensure I could move in on my desired date. I would particularly like to praise Hannah for everything she did personally to facilitate my application and tenancy. Her professionalism and level of care are exemplary. The experience has been the best I have encountered so far with an estate agent. Thank you so much Nina, Hannah and the team at Cromer. You're amazing. :- )

My family and I cannot thank Dionne enough for making our dream of buying our first house a reality. She has been nothing but a great financial advisor turned friend and supporter. Although our journey has not been straightforward due to circumstances beyond our control, Dionne was always there for us until we got our keys to our new house. My husband and I met Dionne in April this year as we were finding our way into the house property ladder. We had no clue what to do back then as well as no idea wether we were ready to do it. Dionne made us feel welcomed. She spent a lot of time with us discussing our circumstances, the different products out there in the market and which options she believes best fit us. She has so much knowledge and experience as well as passion for helping first-time buyers that we felt so assured even on our first appointment with her. We have learned so much from her not only on mortgages but also on handling day-to-day finances which we would carry with us for life. We got our mortgage approved within a few days of application. Unfortunately the sale of the first house we were buying fell through and so we had to find another property in July. We could have gone to another mortgage broker because the next property was under another estate agent but we decided to go back to Dionne for advise which I believe was one of the best decisions we've made so far. She made us feel reassured and that she is with us every step of the way. She took the stress and pressure off us and went out of her way to get a new mortage approved for us. Finally, our dream came true and we are now starting to move into OUR new HOME. We highly recommend Dionne especially to first-time buyers. She is a sincere, honest and passionate financial advisor and mortage broker with a wealth of knowledge and experience. She will not let you down. Thank you so much Dionne and we wish you all the best in everything! Thank you to Abbotts Basildon as well for being so helpful and welcoming.

Mark is awesome, not only does he make you feel like everything will be ok he actually ensures everything will be ok. Mark goes above and beyond his duty, even after the transaction he was able to offer support and advice when solicitors were still messing about. Ridiculously bad service. Time waisted due to Abbotts Colchester. They are unreliable and they let us down. We had an appointment to see a house, they never showed up, they are not answering the phone. With this service you will definitely have clients 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
