GoogleI have been working with Abbotts Letting agency for about a month now and everything has gone so smooth. Firstly they were able to abide by my living standards and showed me a very nice house with all the amenities I need. I have been working through two different employees (the agent that showed me the house and her co-worker) and I have been pleasantly suprised by their communication skills with each other regarding my situation. There has never been a point at which I was emailing or talking on the phone with one agent and the other didnt know what was going on. Furthermore, my agents has always answered her emails in a VERY timely manner and never left me hanging. I have had no hiccups in any point of the process of getting my house (so far).

GoogleI have dealt with many Estate agents over the years and if I'm honest I have never been impressed to say the least. Then however i dealt with Abbott's, but more importantly i had the pleasure of dealing with Amie, she was an absolute pleasure to deal with, honest, quick to respond and kept us fully informed all of the way through our purchase. Her upbeat personality made her a joy to deal with and she honestly could not do enough for us, absolutely fantastic. I would not hesitate in recommending Amie or Abbott's Countrywide and I would now use nobody else! Thank you Amie and all at Abbott's.

GoogleAdam Tanner is a true professional who puts the client first. He worked tirelessly to match me with a Mortgage that was best for me. He is detailed, patient and gives the client the true picture. Then again he is not just a Mortgage adviser but also a protection consultant. He would make sure the numbers add up so that when you get the mortgage , you also do not feel the strain. GoogleI can not speak highly enough of the superb job that Lucy and her team undertook in selling my property in Shoeburyness. They kept me fully informed of how things were progressing with the sale and were always available to take my calls and answer my questions. Nothing was too much trouble for them. There are a number of Estate Agents along The Broadway Thorpe Bay. I'm glad I choose Abbots.

GoogleAfter a few initial problems because of a staffing issue, I was very pleased with the tenant that Abbotts then found for me. It took a little while but they fulfilled my remit and obtained me a very good market rental. The staff that I spoke too were really friendly. The inventory and meter readings were very efficient. Statements are clear. I did have to follow up on final bills myself, even though it was fully managed, as companies had not heard from the tenant direct and I found that a bit surprising as I expected this to be handled really. Mine was a furnished place and another local agent had been really worried he could not find the right person, so Abbotts did well. I am very grateful. I would recommend them.

I would consider that Abbotts Countrywide Estate Agents Ipswich are the first and foremost letting agent in the town. When looking for further investment properties this year, Damian and Lauren have answered my many, many phone calls and emails with patience, always helpful and demonstrating detailed knowledge of the differing areas of Ipswich. Damian is skilled in matching the tenant to a property, understanding the requirements of both the tenant and landlord whilst instilling confidence and trust in both sides during negotiations. I am delighted to say, that the FIRST prospective tenants to view my gorgeous new properties for a long term let, have now moved in! GoogleDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR RENTAL SERVICES. I have tried over 25 times to call through to the lettings department. They are under staffed, they do not answer the phones. If you are lucky enough to get a call back from anyone you get a poor attitude 0% customer service and the manager Damian as about as useful as a chocolate tea pot. No replies to countless emails and answer phone messages. Do yourself a favour and go with another estate agent as you will be paying for a service that you will never recieve.

GoogleAbbotts were the estate agents that handled the sale of our new home, although they were working on behalf of the previous vendor they could not do enough to help. As we were first time buyers they ensured we understood each step hand holding where necessary. They made buying our first home an amazing experience, and will use them in the future should we decide to sell our home! Amazing service!

GoogleWe received great service from the off set from Abbotts when buying our first home! Amie was very friendly and arranged our meeting with the mortgage advisor Chelsie, who is absolutely brilliant!! Couldn’t of wished for a nicer person to help us through this very stressful time! All our questions were answered in a speedy manor and I would definitely recommend using her services because she made the process a lot easier and definitely kept us both smiling when we felt like crying!

GoogleThe team at Abbotts really looked after me with the sale of my house, I was kept up to date with all viewings, marketing as well as a weekly catch up. I had 7 people view my property in very quick succession and was sold within just a few weeks. Steve the branch manager, John the rental negotiator and Amie the sales negotiator supported me fully. Chelsie the mortgage broker has also been very helpful with the re-mortgage of one of my other properties. Overall I would class them as the BA, Murdock, Face & Hannibal of the estate agent world - aka The A-Team :)

GoogleI did put an offer for a property with Abbotts, I've asked to provide decision in principle which I did and again I was asked to see their mortgage advisor with all the documents if this is correct. My mortgage broker is from a renowned company, I've provided my mortgage advisor phone number email etc. Still sales negotiator wanted me to go with all the documents. I found they are too pushy and they do not believe the paperwork I've provided. They think they are better then other estate agents in Ipswich. If you have to buy or sell via them, I would advise to avoid them.
