GoogleAVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! Cannot give 0 stars unfortunately The most incompetent agents I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Appalling photos of my property, Also marketed my 1bedroom house as a 2bedroom, I had to sack them! Went to Diggins afterwards which were a world apart(for the better), go there instead!

GoogleI found Abbotts to be very professional, very efficient and also very attuned to the needs of a home seeker. Lucy was great at providing viewings of the right kind of properties. My time wasn't wasted with unsuitable or over budget properties. The conveyancing back up team were good and the purchase and move went smoothly. The on-line conveyancing connect tool was useful to see how the process were progressing. All in all a very good experience. Would whole heartedly recommend.

After reaching out to Abbots, Anna was my first point of contact and she really blew me away with her efficiency and attention to detail. Anna managed my expectations and was very knowledgeable with the Essex area (in particular, Rayleigh). The whole process was straight forward and Anna always kept me updated. GoogleI was very happy with the level of support I received from Colin, Paul and Kim in finding a house to buy and keeping me updated as to progress. The sale was drawn out over 18 months. I appreciated their assistance and patience in dealing with a very difficult seller. I would recommend that you consider using them in the sale of your home. They were very professional, easy to speak to and I look forward to dealing with them again if I have to sell a house or flat in Epping on behalf of my clients. I have dealt with a lot of Estate Agents over the years and I was very pleased by my experience in dealing with them.

GoogleI met and instructed Abbott’s when selling my mums property, to move her closer to me. They found a buyer very quickly but unfortunately my mum passed away before we could move. We still had to sell the property , Cheryl and her team were extremely supportive during a very emotional time and were beyond professional dealing with us on a personal level with great understanding, helping us to successfully get the sale completed after probate was obtained. GoogleWhen I first approached Abbotts for help with the sale of my house, Ian Jordan's advice was that I should divide what I owned and seek planning consent for a building plot. The process was legally complex but Ian was supportive throughout and we ended with a sale of both house and plot and a rewarding return on both. The team were a pleasure to work with.
