GoogleHave recently bought a property that was listed with Abbotts. Paul was great from start to finish. The viewing was great and we felt under no pressure and was able to look round at our leisure without feeling like it was being "sold" to us. GooglePat, David and team put my faith back in Estate Agents. Pat was my initial contact , clearly professional but not pushy (something I have experienced elsewhere. David then kept me updated throughout the time the property was on the market and was always well informed. Sadly on this occasion a sale did not materialise but Abbotts Ely would be my first port of call to sell a property.

GoogleOK so there's lots of agents out there but this agent went the extra mile for me during the ongoing dreadful times in the housing market while the Brexit fiasco continues. The marketing was changed a few times until I eventually had three good offers on my house. The staff at Ely were understanding and patient throughout, I would definitely use them again.

GoogleThe team at Abbots made our entire moving process smooth and super easy. They were on hand at all times to answer all of our questions. We were in such a rush picking up the keys and signing the contracts and they did everything they could to make the whole process as quick as possible! GoogleExcellent Service - Highly recommended! We decided to instruct Abbotts Countrywide Norwich to sell our flat and we have been very impressed indeed. Our initial contact with Dan in their Lettings Team was dealt with very professionally as he was very engaging and extremely helpful. We subsequently decided to sell our flat and Dan passed our information over to their Sales Team c/o Kerry Blue. Kerry was extremely helpful and gave us an immediate professional view/ valuation of our flat which gave us the confidence to instruct her to start to market our property immediately. We have since dealt with Sandro who has demonstrated his keeness and tenacity to get our flat sold. Sandro found a buyer for us within two days which is absolutely amazing! We would like to thank Sandro for his hard work and for keeping us informed of progress. We can highly recommend the Abbotts Norwich office to all that wish to secure a buyer/ tenant and be looked after by a professional and enthusiastic team!
