GoogleFrom initial contact with Your Move in Durham City until the completion of sale the staff provided an excellent level of service. Communication between ourselves and all members of staff was first class. As it turned out our vendors were also selling via Your Move and both our sale and the buying process were delivered with the same first class service. Ian, a very experienced valuer, accurately valued our property according to market conditions. He provided sound reasoning for his valuation and was readily available to speak to when we required advice. Nicki, the team manager was outstanding in her support throughout the sale process. Furthermore, she was well acquainted with the office of our independent legal adviser and proved to be an excellent liaison across all parties. Annaleigh, member of staff in Durham and our post sale liaison person Sue, both provided helpful and timely responses to our enquiries and requests for information. In summary, the team in Durham provided a highly professional and respectful service whilst remaining approachable and supportive throughout the sale and purchasing process. We would highly recommend Your Move Durham.

GoogleVery nice experience from start to finish. Alex came out to do a valuation and spent a long time getting to know the house. He notices every detail. He quoted us after sepnding a long time chatting to determine where it should be priced and we felt he was accurate. He left us with the quote and thanked us for our time. No pressure to sign up and we were fully informed. Called up to confirm we wanted to go ahead and they managed to squeeze us in for photographs before the bank holiday. Alex came out again and took all the photographs. These were really well done with good lighting. From there Bridie, Claire and Abi worked really had chasing and coordinating viewings for the house. When we called the office it didn't matter who you spoke to they all knew what was happening and answered our questions. These guys managed to get us a buyer in 2 weeks. Excellent service.

I believe Chloe arranged and carried out the viewings so thank you to Chloe for that aspect! We mainly dealt with Sarah Nixon who was really friendly, quick at replying and professional.
