GoogleSarah who was supporting me was fantastic. Lovely and friendly and able to ask questions when unsure of anything. The team in the office were also lovely every time I went in, very friendly and welcoming and gave me a lovely card when I got the keys to my new home which I thought was a lovely gesture.

GoogleJulia Johnson was the progressor on a property that I was buying. I found Julia to be very helpful, responsive to emails and chasing parties/solicitors in the chain and putting pressure on where needed and certainly appeared dedicated to getting matters progressed. Thank you!

GoogleWould give 0 stars if I could . Was supposed to be viewing a few properties and the estate agent continually ignored me , ignored my calls , ignored my messages , didn’t show me the 2 houses . When I phoned the estate agent I kept been given excuses like he’s on his lunch and he will phone you after and he never did . The worst estate agent I have dealt with , so unhelpful and absolutely no customer service skills

GoogleEffortless Process with YourMove Durham, We had the initial property viewing with Mike who was very friendly, on-time and knowledgeable about the property. Nicky was our main contact for the rental and was a pleasure to deal with, very kind and helpful. Also a special thanks to Chloe for her assistance with the application, and to Annaliegh & Joanne for being so friendly and accommodating. With regards to referencing, honestly not the best, besides the usual red-tape issues with reference agencies found them very restrictive but thats a separate issue, as long as you have all your records everything should run smooth. We need not have worried, as following the initial visit from Tim we were reassured and talked through the activity which has gone as described. The marketing was first class, we accepted an offer on our property within the first week and we're able to proceed with our purchase. We have been provided with excellent service by Abigail, guiding us through the whole procedure, going above and beyond when we hit difficulties. Highly recommend Estate Agents.
