GoogleAbsolutely brilliant staff. From start to finish all the staff were friendly Professional and Caring. I couldn’t praise all the girls highly enough. They all were always ready to answer any questions we had. I would recommend Gail Jess Sarah Sarah S and Chloe to anyone I knew who was looking to rent a property.

GoogleI’ve had a wonderful experience with the agents here, everyone I met has been incredibly helpful and kind. Gail, in particular, was amazing, guiding me through the entire renting process with patience and expertise, especially as someone new to UK housing policies. Though it’s not directly related to the agency, I also want to highlight how welcoming and friendly my landlord and neighbours have been, making me feel right at home in this community. The only small area for improvement would be the maintenance/repair service. Generally, they’re able to schedule and complete repairs within 1-3 weeks, but there was one instance of a leak that took four months to fully resolve.

GoogleHave recently sold our property, and bought a new property both through your move west Denton all I can say is the service myself and my husband have received was outstanding I cannot fault the team in anyway at all Ashley, and Louise in particular could not have been more helpful nothing was to much trouble for them, kept myself and my husband informed at all time throughout the process, and if they wasn’t to hand then Shannon and Kerry was there to guide us both, I personally would recommend anybody wanting to sell there property to go through you move west Denton.

GoogleWe chose, Your Move as we used you 10 years ago when, we sold and bought this house. We found you, really good and after having Samantha out to value, we found a lot of, the original team still worked there, which was brilliant and part of the reason why we chose Your Move! The girls in the office are fabulous from Kirsty, to Carol, other Sam, Emily and Penny. So knowledgeable and helpful, nothing is, too much trouble for them. They, very impressively sold our house from first viewing and after a, small amount of negotiation we agreed a sale! The girls in branch are sadly let down, by your Sales Progression team. It's, terrible as in, you never hear from them, never receive weekly updates you're left to fend for yourself. We were assigned, Susan and we heard from her three times during the whole process and usually when we contacted her. After hearing nothing from them for weeks, I was contacted on completion day by Angela, to tell me I was completing that day and she would be out the office from ,14.30pm so unable to help me after that! Really? I think we managed perfectly well without any Sales Progression support! Even the online Your Move, My Move is rubbish, still showing progress at 40% on completion day! If dealing solely with branch, I wouldn't, hesitate to use again as the service and office team are fabulous but Sales Progression team - No thanks!
